今日晚餐去左食港味。🤔我地叫左個孖寶,包括薑汁炒芥蘭同脆皮乳豬件。個芥蘭炒得唔錯,好香又唔會好冧😝,雖然有好多薑碎,但係整體薑味唔係太重😉。個脆皮乳豬件都唔錯,乳豬皮都幾鬆脆👍🏻,塊皮又真係幾薄,薄到佢唔會有好多肥🥳。個鹽燒6頭鮑魚係燒得幾靚既,而且成碟小菜個賣相都唔錯😍。可惜唔知係咪燒得太耐,個鮑魚比較乾,唔會有 Juicy 既感覺,食落比較硬😅。而佢個咕嚕蝦球真係麻麻地😕,一黎唔多蝦球,二黎 D 蝦唔新鮮,而且食落去炸粉比較多😖。反而個 D 菠蘿同青椒仲比佢更好食🤭。整體而言,以中式晚市黎講,港味唔算貴,但水準就比較一般🤫,下次應該會去試下其他中菜廳🤷🏻‍♀️。

老實說,我為此而來。名字趣怪,味道更趣怪。原以為是豆沙蓉,殊不知為淡淡朱古力味,口感似jelly。不過外型有趣,價錢也不算貴。

養生甜品可算不俗。

 

總括而言,作為新派酒樓算是不錯。菜式新款又多選擇,沒有局限只有小菜、甜品方面也滿足各年齡層。如要吹毛求疵,第一、茶包味不濃、水不夠滾,第二、侍應團隊合作依舊一塌糊塗,沒有分明的工作崗位,客人入座全不知情,下單混亂。但食品搭夠,也是油塘一個新選擇。

今日約咗位親友去油塘大本營食下午餐,佢介紹我和媽去間新開幾個月,而裝修唔似傳統酒樓嘅食店飲茶。門口攞飛,等咗大概十分鐘就有位,職員問我飲咩茶,我就話要普洱,估唔到係一人一個茶包,自己沖,我個人覺得比起舊式酒樓跟加好,因為感覺更加乾淨。我哋叫咗六樣嘢食。最快到嘅當然係冷盤,四喜烤麩,好開胃,底下仲有白蘿蔔,酸酸甜甜,唔錯!之後就等咗大約十分鐘,其他點心就陸續送到,有松露野菌餃、杞子棉花雞、蜜汁叉燒腸、蟹籽燒賣皇,以上所有點心都比預期中好食,而黑金流沙包嘅流沙唔會太甜,食咗竟然仲想再叫多個甜品試下,原本叫多個紅棗糕,可惜無哂,最後揀咗個紫心香芋丸,口感有啲似煎堆,好味又唔會太甜。總結:環境及食物都唔錯,職員服務態度親切有禮,收費合理,總共$178,接受現金、八達通、支付寶、微信支付或信用卡付款,非常方便。有機會我都會再去食多次😋。

最後揀咗個紫心香芋丸,口感有啲似煎堆,好味又唔會太甜。
總結:環境及食物都唔錯,職員服務態度親切有禮,收費合理,總共$178,接受現金、八達通、支付寶、微信支付或信用卡付款,非常方便。有機會我都會再去食多次😋。

前天同朋友去油塘大本營逛街,見新開了餐廳就進去試下,我們叫了一碟松露蕎麥蛋白炒飯和七個點心,其中朱古力核桃包很有驚喜,不是很甜,很有嚼勁。上海小籠包多汁也不錯,鮑汁鳳爪份量也不少!其中鮑魚燒賣可是我兒子最愛,可惜沒帶他來,希望下次帶他過來吃。

星期六 今日清明節 本以為要等好耐位 點知等兩張枱已經到我地 但二人枱比較細枱上放5籠點心 已經冇乜位個玄米茶包 真心好飲 吾會太濃睡不著點心都好有特色 不同款式 但啲食物吾夠熱 但好快上菜 燒賣有個鮑魚仔幾好食 個蝦都彈牙同大粒蝦餃係柑桔🍊造型 但皮太厚 天鵝係叉燒穌 裏面甜甜的 少少肉 但個皮又係太厚鮑汁雞腳 就非常不好吃 賣相吾得 啲雞腳吾太入味 但易咬吾會太硬炸兩 裏面都好鬆脆 不過冇比甜醬花生醬 整體食物味道都okay 但吾夠熱 環境都乾淨。
