係銅鑼灣想食泰國菜有好多選擇,最近就新開左呢間,收工就同朋友上去試下上到去見到裝修設計都唔錯,感覺都幾開楊,坐得幾舒服。食物選擇方面都幾多,有泰國野越南野,不過我地主要叫左泰國菜。海南雞肉滑皮脆,實肉冬陰公酸酸辣辣,蝦肉新鮮彈呀,夠曬開胃串燒最好食,大大舊肉而且d肉勁多汁同彈牙,加埋d sauce好味波羅抄飯大大份,配料十足,而且抄得都幾香。馬拉盞抄耶菜苗菜就新鮮,但就比較少汁。總括呢間都唔錯,價錢亦都唔算貴。

總括呢間都唔錯,價錢亦都唔算貴。

這杯生果乳酪竟是完全不甜!太驚人了吧芒果,青瓜,牛油果乳酪超清新,青瓜味最出,少些牛油果特有的CREAMY口感,芒果為這杯帶來少許甜味,完全是好!

為慶祝朋友生日,就去到銅鑼灣試一試這一間泰國菜-泰越概念。泰國菜館位於銅鑼灣鬧市這一棟商業大廈上面-Pennington,很喜歡這裏大堂的香味和裝修,高雅別緻。菜館的裝修環境以落地玻璃設計,可以望出去銅鑼灣鬧市嘅風景,透明度高,感覺舒適。店員隨即安排我們坐窗口的卡位位置,並給我們幾杯水,非常體貼。餐牌設計七彩繽紛,食物種類繁多,而且食物圖片非常吸引。先叫了一些泰式飲品,我就揀選了這裏DIY的果汁系列-西柚、檸檬加蜂蜜,仲要係新鮮即叫即榨。難怪飲落去味道鮮甜無比,酸酸甜甜,好開胃。朋友就叫了原個鮮椰青,都大讚椰子水鮮甜。先來了蟹肉柚子沙律🥗開一開胃。見到泰式生蝦的食物圖片咁吸引,唔少得叫一份試一試。泰式生蝦一份有八隻,生蝦爽口彈牙,配以泰式酸辣醬汁一齊食更加滋味。小食拼盤中的雞肉串肉質鮮嫩,還可配兩種醬汁點食。明爐原條烏頭魚一條上,好大條好有份量,而且面頭有很多配料,聞落去都已經好香,一路慢慢煲熱一路食,好正。魚肉好滑溜,而且條魚唔算多骨,小小辣好滋味。最後還有燒原條魷魚🦑,為呢一餐豐富嘅泰國菜生日飯畫上句號。四人消費只係$1000左右,每人平均消費$250,位於銅鑼灣鬧市區已屬性價比高

之前一月生日已經食過,今次再番黎ENCORE。今日唔想食主食,所以今次叫小食為主。炸蝦丸,有八大粒,新鮮熱辣,仲要粒粒彈牙,食得出有蝦鮮味。蝦丸黎講算好抵食。太好食八粒都唔夠我地兩人分!10/10雞肉生菜包,酸酸辣辣,偏向辣味比較多,所以好惹味。生菜份量仲要好多。9/10越式春卷,皮脆肉有咬口,但肉唔係好夠味,仲有d生菜,我們用黎食生菜包。7/10牛油雞翼,有4大隻,每隻都皮脆肉嫩。雞肉本身已經有陣陣香矛味道。肉汁都多。唔錯。8/10香矛鹽燒魚,魚肉好嫩滑,容易骨肉分離。加上泰式酸辣汁好好味。可惜我開魚時將鹽弄到魚肉上,令到某D魚肉變太咸,下次都係要叫店魚幫手開魚。8/10

越南新鮮春捲~ 薄薄的米紙卷包住新鮮蔬菜,再點酸辣醬,清新有惹味!


豬頸肉撈檬粉~ 天氣開始炎熱,比較喜歡叫撈檬, 配甜甜酸酸的醬料好開胃,豬頸肉唔使點醬料都好入味。



泰燒春雞~ 第一次來已經食過, 因為好食所以再叫, 燒春雞一點也不乾, 肉汁完全鎖住, 肉質嫩滑不鞋口。



椰汁芒果糯米飯~ 椰汁是熱辣辣的,
淋在芒果糯米飯裏, 芒果又甜又香,正!


第二次到這間餐廳還是保持很好的水準, 要讚一讚這裏的店員不停為我們添水,服務態度一流!

Overall, the food is quite satisfying. The seat is spacious and the staffs are quite nice. Peice-wise, it's very affordable given the quality of the food. I'll definitely come back to the restaurant for sure.

今日嚟到呢間係銅鑼灣上樓嘅泰越餐廳之前朋友嚟過一次食lunch佢地覺得唔錯所以今次就同佢再嚟試晚飯🏝環境裝修都好好今日7點上到嚟人流未算多8點就開始多人首先我哋叫咗個生蝦刺身生蝦好肥美👍🏻爽彈👍🏻同行友人其實平時唔太鍾意食咖哩但今次佢同我搶食仲話個蒜蓉包外脆內軟咖哩椰香味好出我一向好鍾意食沙嗲但要搵好味嘅沙嗲醬唔易呢間嘅沙嗲醬好好味花生味重👍🏻😍可惜唔夠「杰」如果再杰身啲就正喇呢個菠蘿炒飯🍍好香好味啊面頭有少少飯焦咁好香入面又唔會乾爭爭呢度仲有酒牌有啤酒🍻紅酒🍷白酒👍🏻爽啊
