如果一間樓上餐廳想在食肆林立的銅鑼灣最旺的午餐時段突圍是要需要有點心思的。百元以內的lunch set應該是最多打工仔會target的午餐選擇。呢度的lunch set選擇著實豐富,泰式湯米炒粉麵飯海南雞飯應有盡有,連埋泰式特色飲品如泰式奶茶、龍眼蜜、青檸蜜仲要唔駛加一。今日我選擇了原個椰青海鮮焗飯,因為喺其他地方冇見過。製作時間只是比其他朋友的餐略為耐小小,但賣相一流,內裡的蝦和青口份量唔少,仲要喺個椰青蓋度附上些許肉鬆,以$98的價格來講,算是非常夠心思和誠意了。

朋友生日,佢話想食泰國又想食越南菜…所以就揀哩間試吓啦!一次滿足晒佢兩個要求。坐Window sit, 環境清潔、開揚…舒服! 併盤無蝦片,但有蒜蓉包加青咖哩汁跟埋。青咖哩汁好香,好好味!海鮮金邊粉,即食蟹柳較多,其他海鮮比例上較少。但算啦!餐牌正價8折。所有食物都ok, 唯獨個雞翼…(自己感覺)…真係咸! 其他都4分以上。 芒果糯米飯有5分!👍

The pineapple fried rice tasted great. The rice was not too oily, tasted quite okay in the conbination of nuts, meat floss. I also spent some effort tearing the pineapple off its shell at last. The pineapple was refreshing.

今日來到銅鑼灣渣甸街㤗越概念吃晚飯,餐廳位置交通好方便,入到餐廳,環境舒適闊落,七點左右座位就已爆滿,我地點左幾款美食都好好味,生蝦刺身一定點啦,生蝦好新鮮,即點即劏,蝦肉爽囗彈牙、鮮味十足,點上泰式醬大大提升味覺鲜甜,香茅鹽燒金目鱸熱辣辣盛上,師傅細心張魚皮撥開方便我地食魚肉鮮甜嫩滑多汁,咸度剛好,加上香茅芬芳好好味,好快就食得干干淨淨香芒糯米飯是我的最愛,每次到泰國餐廳是必點的糯米煮到剛好香甜軟糯、配上新鮮香芒,再淋上秘制煮的椰汁每一啖都齒甲留香,令人回味無窮,焦糖燉蛋一樣做得甘出色,每一淡都有焦糖的脆和焦香,蛋的清香和嫩滑,十分之好味道!

今日約左朋友,佢話想食泰國野好耐,跟住就推薦呢間,話openrice好多好評同用OpenRice book位有折,所以臨尾由朋友book位。由於工作關係,朋友先到了,我開頭擔心佢要企係門口,但職員有安排佢入去坐左先,因為好多餐廳要齊人先入,幾好入正題呢杯我既,青檸梳打,幾好,不失不過朋友點的,很漂亮的顏色,味道就有少少花味+sparkling water咁正,呢個蝦冬陰功不太辣但有冬陰功果隻酸酸地既味道,一路飲都有料,足料菇,蝦,小粟米條海鮮炒粉絲沙津,有青口、蝦、魷魚、木耳、蕃茄,甜甜地唔辣的呢個芒果炒飯係咁多個之中比較普通既一個,少少獲氣但唔夠熱,芒果太少我的主角黎喇生蝦,正夠凍點埋個汁,完全係我杯茶最後埋單,原來李斯得林漱口水同呢間做緊Promote, 重左兩支試用裝,又食又拎😂

2.泰越炒金邊粉
這個炒金邊粉不論賣相還是味道都好好!
佢味道十分傳統,有花生🥜碎,有青檸,亦有4隻大蝦🍤。
金邊粉加上醬汁,炒到粉橙色,入晒味。
味道亦係酸酸甜甜,很是開胃的說😽😽😽
而份量亦都係十足,足足有3-4碗既份量👍🏼

3.生菜包泰式雞肉碎
這個相對上較為失色,沒什麼特別。
味道普通,泰式炒雞肉碎偏酸,滿有青檸味。
不過生菜🥬幾新鮮同放置得幾靚👍🏼
配合起上來食,味道還可以。
而份量也是一致既足料,可以包到12件左右😂😂

4.芒果糯米飯🍚
e個係森仔每次去泰國餐廳都必叫既甜品
在這裡比較特別,糯米飯和椰漿係全熱。
食落口,滿有不同既感覺,較有口感。
而椰漿亦十分濃,配合起上來也不錯。
唯芒果相對較少,得5舊。
不過舊舊都好甜,好好味👍🏼👍🏼
還算可以😻

整體來說,泰越概念係一間唔錯既餐廳🍴
食物環境服務都好好。

星期日休閒食個 lunch,誤打誤撞黎到呢間食泰國野。畢竟泰國菜餐廳已經在香港開到成行成市,其實口味都已經貼近泰國口味。同時,香港亦隨處可買泰國香料,間接亦令香港嘅泰國菜多一分傳統泰國風味。今日試左幾款都係傳統泰國食物:1. 香葉包雞:略嫌雞肉無乜用香料調味,食到入口除左外層香葉味就無乜其他味。2. 冬蔭功(蝦):唔係好夠辣,可以再辣少少。PS:除左蝦,佢仲可以揀用海鮮。3. Pad Thai:可以再炒乾身少少,但整體係好食嘅。
