真係好食到痴線。呢度啲煲,樣樣都好好食。本身好怕松露會有腥味,但佢完全唔會臭。店員一遞過嚟,陣香味已經撲過嚟。私心唔想將呢間鋪推薦比人食,因為驚呢度會紅咗多人食。

疫情又再緊張起來,食肆是病毒傳播途徑的公眾地點,為減低風險於是捨堂食而選擇外賣🥡。店員說下單後5-7分鐘就有,於是到附近新都城走一圈再回去拿,不過回去後仍然是要再多等5分鐘左右才有。豉椒三姑炒河$50+$1外賣🥡,可配飲料另加$1外賣杯收費。豆豉味道不太濃,河粉炒得有鑊氣,淡淡素味。三菇全是乾身的那種,浸泡時間可能不夠,吃起來有點乾硬,欠菇香味。相信改用鮮菇,又或者是鮮菇及乾身夾雜,入口的感覺會好些。青紅椒吃起來脆口,加多些銀芽更合適。

咕嚕肉皮脆,入面係用左雞髀菇去做,不過我覺得個汁酸左啲!老乾媽炒四季豆就一啲都食唔到老乾媽嘅味道,感覺同冇落冇分別!四季豆有陣草青味同埋成碟茶咸左啲最有驚喜就係個炸蠔餅,個脆醬炸到好脆口,食落都好似有蠔仔係入面嘅感覺,而蠔仔都係用菇去代替。完全唔覺得自己食緊嘅係素黎,好好味魚煲啲魚係食落有魚嘅腥味,當然佢都係素去做嘅但完全唔知點做到可以加魚嘅腥味落去🤪,食落質感都似魚肉,而個煲有鍋氣不過不失咁。

今日去佛堂後其實時間都唔早.差不多9:00很多餐廳都關門更何況係素食既餐廳但很幸運地遇到呢間未關門,而且好似知道附近有佛堂,完左課可以有食堂提供比岩岩落堂既學生.其實我地入左去冇耐就緊接好多枱客人.差不多滿座, 所以令我對佢有點期待我地今晚叫左個素既羊腩煲, 不過老實說呢個唔係太驚喜叉燒係老闆強調招牌菜,的確食落係唔錯,因為炸我好香脆所以食落好有口感另外呢個雜菇煲都唔錯. 都幾香,今晚叫小菜送飯送湯,唔錯.

素食已經在現今的社會非常普及,但要搵一間經濟、食物水準高的餐廳真是不容易,今晚介紹下我經常來光顧的素食餐廳,它位於北角明園西街,都近北角港鐵站,它是《素食園坊》,小菜款式多,真是讓人三心兩意約了兩位朋友一同來食素作晚飯,先來有黑松露九層塔什菌百合紅黃椒豆腐素肉片煲 ($68)~這款素食會較新穎,用了黑松露醬炒了一些茶樹菇、冬菇、豆腐、百合等......端上來時菌香四溢,而且好入味,菇菌有爽口的口感,豆腐都好滑溜,素肉片軟腍入味,也有清新的九層塔香減輕濃烈的黑松露菌味,味道層次也提升,這款小菜真是好特別,水準也十分出色,份量都好足。友人選擇了菠蘿咕嚕素肉($65)~食落酸香夠脆,配菜有味道清甜的菠蘿及有爽口的彩椒碎,原來用了猴頭菇取代了豬肉,咬嚼間質感都好似,真是不錯,也開胃最後想食一些青菜,所以選擇了教家常的菜式,它是沙爹金菇粉絲菜芯($63)~菜芯翠綠爽甜,粉絲又夠吸味,充滿了沙爹香氣,又有爽口的金菇,整體份量都好豐富服務夠熱試,食物水準一流,小菜仲會贈送中湯,今晚的粉葛眉豆花生都夠濃郁,夠熱又好飲

約了兩位朋友一同來食素作晚飯,先來有黑松露九層塔什菌百合紅黃椒豆腐素肉片煲 ($68)~這款素食會較新穎,用了黑松露醬炒了一些茶樹菇、冬菇、豆腐、百合等......端上來時菌香四溢,而且好入味,菇菌有爽口的口感,豆腐都好滑溜,素肉片軟腍入味,也有清新的九層塔香減輕濃烈的黑松露菌味,味道層次也提升,這款小菜真是好特別,水準也十分出色,份量都好足。
