咕嚕肉皮脆,入面係用左雞髀菇去做,不過我覺得個汁酸左啲!老乾媽炒四季豆就一啲都食唔到老乾媽嘅味道,感覺同冇落冇分別!四季豆有陣草青味同埋成碟茶咸左啲最有驚喜就係個炸蠔餅,個脆醬炸到好脆口,食落都好似有蠔仔係入面嘅感覺,而蠔仔都係用菇去代替。完全唔覺得自己食緊嘅係素黎,好好味魚煲啲魚係食落有魚嘅腥味,當然佢都係素去做嘅但完全唔知點做到可以加魚嘅腥味落去🤪,食落質感都似魚肉,而個煲有鍋氣不過不失咁。
