To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夠鑊氣,雞蛋夾蛋汁同油。亦都有苦瓜同鹽,帶出炒蛋精髓。咕嚕肉,淮山肉。炸皮整得好好。甜酸汁夠酸夠甜也有洋蔥。煎釀茄子,餡係有豆腐,蘿蔔絲等。有油浸過嘅打斜切嘅茄子,特別好食。

點了芋蓉卷,腐皮卷,有用心去制作,材料充足丰富,冇偷工减料,好味道。芋头都几香,可惜甜酸酱,未能帶出甜酸味,較淡味,令味道未能帶出來。整體來說,這店適合素食人士享用。

有鑊炒嘅三餸飯。叫咗個甜酸獅子頭,炸芋卷(另外加甜酸汁),苦瓜炒蛋。可以加$4轉炒麵。$ 40三餸。另一次叫咗紅燒豆腐,菜心同炒蛋。炒蛋好有雞蛋味已經係第幾次返嚟。

偶然食下素食,減碳飲食對自己身體及地球健康絕對有幫助。一般素食餐廳炒個小菜粉麵,最少$60起跳,今日經朋友介紹嚟到呢間素食工房試試。 Foodcourt環境大家都略懂一二,眼見前面位女士一買就4餸,相信呢度素菜是高質的。我自備外賣盒,點了一份獅子頭及一份茄子,剩餸不要飯,只是$38,在現今社會真係難做到。由於太餓忘記了影相,下次再去一定補返。素獅子頭食落好結實,絕非輕飄飄,而茄子更是水準之作。值得一讚是店員態度很好,並沒有因為我自備盒而覺得麻煩,反而關心我能否拿穩。既然2餸飯店在香港可以偏地開花,期待素食2餸飯亦可以開到成行成市!

在充滿邪惡美食的西九龍中心裡面,難得有一間主打素食的平民美食。雖然飯堂坐位設計難免令人詬病,但考慮到西九龍飯堂的定位,就不會有什麼奢求。說回正題,兩餸飯只需$35,轉粉絲底另加$5,套餐會附送是日例湯,今日湯水為南瓜湯。麻婆豆腐少少辣幾惹味,豆腐質地不算軟淋淋,原來使用包豆腐。烤甜薯香口又飽肚,炒粉絲乾身但沒有過硬,口感上同炒米粉差不多。至於例湯比較清淡,但作為解渴之用絕對稱職。以$40這個價錢,對於想轉換口味來一點健康又清新口味的食家,素食主義應該不會令你失望。
