To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在充滿邪惡美食的西九龍中心裡面,難得有一間主打素食的平民美食。雖然飯堂坐位設計難免令人詬病,但考慮到西九龍飯堂的定位,就不會有什麼奢求。說回正題,兩餸飯只需$35,轉粉絲底另加$5,套餐會附送是日例湯,今日湯水為南瓜湯。麻婆豆腐少少辣幾惹味,豆腐質地不算軟淋淋,原來使用包豆腐。烤甜薯香口又飽肚,炒粉絲乾身但沒有過硬,口感上同炒米粉差不多。至於例湯比較清淡,但作為解渴之用絕對稱職。以$40這個價錢,對於想轉換口味來一點健康又清新口味的食家,素食主義應該不會令你失望。
