住喺沙田咁耐成日經過都想試吓呢間泰國菜，疫情其間，見佢停業以為執咗。😅好彩疫情後原來仍然有營業。今次與家人慶祝生日🎂，終於一試！都食咗唔少野，整體感覺都好好味😋只係如果炒蔬菜🥬類就比較份量少咗啲，其他菜式份量適中。酒店🏨餐廳地方大之餘，坐得舒服，又不會太嘈。如果不是天氣寒冷，可以坐戶外抬，應該仲好feel😄，可慢慢與家人味嘗食物味道及休閑地傾吓計，絕對唔怕要提早交抬！👍可能人少少所以員工服務態度非常好，只是上菜比較慢一點，唔趕時間都冇乜問題的。大家值得一試，勝價比高！👍 continue reading

我太耐冇去沙田，今日突然去行下，有朋友介紹，麗豪酒店有間食泰國菜嘅餐廳唔錯！推薦我試下，我見平時泰國菜以辣為主，都好少食，但朋友推薦就試下！當日，黃昏時候就去這餐廳食晚餐！入到去，望到餐牌，好似大部分都係辣的餐種，於是，我問waiter 有咩唔太辣嘅推介，他馬上誠意推介了馬拉盞椰菜苗，鹽燒烏頭兩款主食，還建議我點份蒜蓉包做餐前小食！最後，還好貼心地推介我叫杯菠蘿特飲已作解辣！我留意到他的名牌，著西裝的，叫Ricky!直得一讚！我哋當日兩個人食，平均都係二百蚊左右一位，價格合理！ continue reading

經過見到麗豪酒店呢間泰國菜價錢幾相宜，好似幾吸引，就入去試下，估唔到有驚喜我地2個人食，叫左幾樣野：黃咖哩配薄餅、燒豬頸肉同冬陰公湯～冬陰公湯酸酸辣辣，個調味幾好幾開胃，幾岩我口味。黃咖哩好香，唔想食咁飽所以叫左薄餅點咖哩，薄餅質地係我中意果種，唔覺唔覺就食晒🤣燒豬頸肉我好怕出面有時燒到好柴，但呢度唔會，燒完個肉質都係好鮮嫩，夠Juicy，外皮脆脆地，好食😋最後特飲都唔錯，幾清爽唔會太甜。值得一提餐廳經理，咁抵食都仲keep到酒店服務水準。問佢有咩推薦，都好有耐性介紹野食，仲幾風趣會講下笑🤣 幾有人情味呢間餐廳bookmark左，值得再黎～ continue reading

第一次跟同事去麗豪酒店食lunch，選了供應越泰菜的河夢。河夢設有室外用餐區，食客可以帶同毛孩光顧的。Set Lunch包頭盤小食及飲品，選了春卷。以為是越式春卷，但原來是普通的春卷配沙律。春卷微暖，炸得夠脆，春卷皮厚薄適中。沙律菜要蘸些酸辣醬才比較夠味。主食我選了越式特級生牛肉湯河粉，芽菜、辣椒、青檸、金不換香菜等配料另上。牛肉份量充足，全是粉嫩的，可按個人喜好將牛肉浸至合適的熟度！牛肉味幾香，河粉爽滑，湯底味道偏濃，濃得來卻不是醇厚的湯底。吃完這份午餐後，令我有口渴感，或多或少都加了點味精吧～在酒店食午餐，價錢不算便宜，期望會有更好的質素啊！ continue reading

走入去這家餐館，頭先個熱情既招呼已經令我地即時暖笠笠。環境幽静得滯，坐得舒服，食物一上枱，我就眼前一亮，擺盤靚絕！👀先試嗰碟咖哩牛筋腩，個咖哩汁輕薄款式，香滑得來唔會太過濃烈，牛筋咬落去「彈牙」，嗰口感好過癮，軟綿綿既牛腩就真係入口即溶，汁嘅味道滲晒入肉入面，滋味正！跟住嘅越式燒魚，外皮焦香得嚟唔會太乾，撈埋魚肚入邊嘅香茅同薑蔥一齊食，好有驚喜，亦都令整體味道層次分明，食落去真係「赞到爆」！當然唔少得啲越南小食，啲金黃色嘅春卷外皮脆到喳喳聲，裡面嘅餡料又多又實在。咬一啖，脆卜卜既感覺同豐富既味道即刻喺口裡爆發，簡直係「味之絕」！食物之餘，啲服務生都好有禮貌，整個體驗由頭到尾都好滿意。😊食物美味，服務又好，呢啲就係真正既「食得飽心滿意」！絕對係我會再去光顧嘅一間好地方！🍴🥢 continue reading
