完全不知所謂的餐廳!員工態度超級惡劣!話說,見到還沒關門就試試進去吃個晚飯,誰知我點的餐都還沒到就已經叫你結帳,營業時間還沒完吧?然後再用好差的態度叫你結帳,如果快要關門怎麼不早點說!然後當我的晚餐剛到,才開始吃的時候,突然把音樂聲調整到超大,目的就是想逼客人離開,我看到其他客人都紛紛因為太嘈吵而離開!然後我問服務員能不能把聲浪調低,他一臉怕事的樣子說不能,看似有點不尋常,接着我走去收銀處問:你們的音樂好大聲,能不能調低一下? 竟料那個收銀員說:不能啊,你受不了可以走啊。然後音樂再大聲一點。。。。。請問這是什麼的服務?有必要用這種小動作去趕客人走?如果真的是到打烊時間,為什麼一開始又接我們這台客?老實說,這種方法實在太老土了,其實一般只需要向客人說明店舖要關門,請他們離開,我相信正常大家都會好合作,反而你用這種手法去叫人離開,完全是沒有文化水平的行為!這樣的店,不可能再回頭吃。。。。

在香港,茶餐廳真是隨處都是,但良莠不齊,不過,今晚跟朋友來到「維港」,絕對是屬高質素的一群。餐廳地方十分之大,裝修以金色、啡色為主,但一點也不俗氣,而且,光猛整潔,卡位又闊落,以茶餐廳而言,算得上是上等裝修喔!不用多說,餐具、紙巾、調味料……等等,就放在桌旁的抽櫃內,排列整齊。餐牌就在桌面的玻璃之下,然而,我們的重點就着眼於皇牌鐵板套餐之上,因為我們都很想「鋸鋸扒」。先來餐包及餐湯,除中湯,還有「紅白」西湯,我就選了紅湯(羅宋湯),味道非常香濃,內有不少蔬菜,很美味。而餐包超級巨型,塗了牛油,入口十分軟熟,很港式的滋味。朋友就選了「美國西冷牛扒」($119),配上黑椒汁及薯菜, 送來之時已是滋滋聲響,而且,牛扒、焗薯也十分大件,可謂份量十足,最重要的是西冷很具油香,卻不失肉味,就算是七乘熟,質感還是很嫩滑,沾上了黑椒汁,更加惹味。我的「招牌黑椒牛柳」($129)果然不失招牌之名,單是賣相已十分吸引,厚厚一件牛柳煎得焦香,切開一看,五乘熟的狀態,呈粉嫩嫣紅,美妙之極。細嚼一口,肉質軟腍並富肉香,實在好吃到不得了。餐飲方面,我們不約而同的改選了維港特飲:椰果紅豆冰及雪糕紅豆冰,只需多加$1

因為餐包的味美,從桌上無意間看到另一張小餐牌:港式麵包,其中有蛋撻($9)及菠蘿檸檬撻($12),倒叫來作甜品的。蛋撻雖然不熱了,但酥皮很酥脆,餡心富蛋香;而檸檬撻很清香,中間有一片薄薄的菠蘿片,很有一種港式老西餅的味道
