當年由沙田店開始食,食到馬鞍山、旺角,好多分店都留低過兩條腳毛(⊃。•́‿•̀。)⊃轉眼間得番荷里活店,今日早咗放工,於是就去食𝐭𝐞𝐚。入門口感覺好光鮮,下午茶時間人流唔算多,店員都比較鬆容在閑聊,而我好快就有店員協助落單,出餐迅速。只不過上錯餐,檬粉被換成河粉。幸好店員樂意換返岩既餐。🙈😉生牛肉湯檬+ 特飲青檸梳打$50生牛肉份量唔算多,檬既份量可以接受。雖然價格無變,感覺比以前少咗。湯底一如既往咁鮮濃,加配辣椒仔點綴,整碗檬粉味道昇華了👅。

自己係住依頭嘅,其實都經常會經開呢一間餐廳,佢嘅香味呢係經過都會飄過,所以好多時都俾佢呢一個香味吸引就走咗去食。而今次一月以往呢都係揀咗佢湯檬嘅系列,佢有好多款可以揀譬如係香茅雞翼啦,豬扒啦等等嘅,而我自己因為箍緊牙關係呢都係會揀返雞絲呢一個餸啦,佢呢一款雞絲呢會係一絲絲唔係話非常之滑身嘅質地口感,但係配埋檬粉去食,其實係非常之配合嘅,而我自己呢係會習慣全部都走晒配料嘅,包括洋蔥,同埋芽菜,我自己係鍾意食芽菜嘅,但係呢一間嘅芽菜係比較生我比較係唔鍾意,所以就會全走,下次嚟呢會試吓食香茅雞翼。

下午茶入座,沙發位好污糟,上手食剩既殘渣及一撻撻污積,發霉位見到有蟻行過。落單後遲遲都未上枱,經理入廚房追單先發現冇落單,要重新落單。白等一場,我地當然會有一兩句怨言,店員一句唔好意思/對唔住都唔講,收銀阿姐仲大大聲話「食你就食,唔食未走囉,而家都幫你落番單啦」,態度極度惡劣!!!!!有錯唔認,仲要趕客走如果唔係貪快,都唔會食呢間,食物唔好食,地方污糟,態度又惡劣~我連一分都唔想比,呢間餐廳連一分都唔值!!!!!希望快啲執!!!讓番個位比其他有誠意既鋪頭!!

Today, I visited Viet Cuisine and tried their raw beef pho and avocado chicken baguette. Overall, the experience was superb👍!Raw Beef Pho 🍜At first glance, the pho looks very appealing with its clear broth, plenty of vegetables, and slices of raw beef. The broth is rich and flavorful, with a natural sweetness and just the right amount of salt👌. The beef slices are tender and melt in your mouth, perfectly complemented by mint leaves and lemon. The texture of the rice noodles is also excellent, not too hard nor too soft, making the dish very satisfying😋.Avocado Chicken Baguette 🥑🍗The avocado chicken baguette was a delightful surprise! The baguette is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with fresh avocado and perfectly grilled chicken. The combination of the creamy avocado and tender chicken is a perfect match, enhanced by the crunchiness of cucumber, adding to the overall richness of the baguette. Every bite is incredibly satisfying, highly recommended👍!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟If you love Vietnamese cuisine, you shouldn't miss this restaurant!💯

放假約了朋友到鑽石山,見到重新裝修的「越棧越式湯粉專門店」,跟著人龍,排隊試試。餐廳燈光鮮明,坐位與坐位間不算闊落。餐牌選擇款式蠻多,粉麵、飯、小食、套餐…等等。春卷外表香脆,用生菜包著春卷,再沾上醬汁,份外惹味!越式蒸粉包(半份)粉包餡料滿滿,材料十足,如粉包皮可以薄一點,那就更好。胡椒豬肉湯金邊粉淡淡的胡椒味,豬肉肉質尚可,可惜不夠入味。金邊粉吸收了湯汁,味道還可以。三色冰炎炎夏日,清爽香甜,倍感清涼。
