餐湯是第二道菜色,有蕃茄凍湯、黑松露忌廉菌湯跟經典法式洋蔥湯三款選擇~ 我很喜歡喝黑松露忌廉菌湯,這個加入黑松露令香味更誘人,喝起來也是很濃郁的雜菌味道,內有切成粒粒的蘑菇跟忌廉,口感細膩;而做法複雜的洋蔥湯就比較少見,經過長時間熬製,清澈的湯頭呈焦糖色,再加入一塊吸收了湯汁的麵包及半溶的芝士,洋蔥絲軟腍,帶來不一樣的洋蔥香甜味道!

指定的一人一份意大利飯是以新鮮生蠔打成的蠔漿加到忌廉製成醬汁煮至米飯熟透,入口滿滿強烈的鮮蠔香又不會太膩,還帶有點點芝士味道;表面就以輕輕炙燒過的鮮甜帶子跟黑魚子,帶子自身的味道鮮甜,跟意大利飯吃就剛好咯!雖然份量看起來有點少,不過吃起來就剛好了因為還有主菜和甜品嘛~

店家供應的甜品是每天不同的,到訪當天就是朱古力慕絲蛋糕了!以朱古力慕絲跟朱古力蛋糕間斷組合而成,濃濃的朱古力,是朱古力控最喜歡的味道,再以新鮮士多啤梨跟藍莓點綴,酸甜的莓果香更有中和作用,甜而不膩,很好的結尾啊!

店家在尖沙咀東部的海傍餐廳,在這裡開業五年所以推出了這個優惠套餐,很適合來慶祝紀念日和生日呢~ 這店的用餐空間非常大,有室內也有室外座位,這種秋涼天氣坐在室外也絕對沒有問題啊!因這邊可以飽覽維港美景,非常建議大家如果想吃晚飯的話早一點入座,這樣就可以看到黃昏的維港美景了!但如果不想坐室外的話,室內的裝潢也是非常華麗典雅,店家更會有駐場歌手獻唱,加添浪漫氣氛!相信下月聖誕這店的氣氛會更好呢~

For the appetizer (choose 2 out of 3), we selected the Japanese A4 Wagyu Beef Tartare with Potato Pave and Tuna Tartare with Crispy Fritter and Caviar. The tuna was quite fresh, and the crispy fritter was a unique touch that paired well with the tuna. The caviar added a delightful burst of flavor. The Wagyu tartare had a special seasoning that reminded us a bit of corned beef, while the Potato Pave was wonderfully crispy. The salad on the side was fresh and complemented the dishes nicely.

鵝肝黑松露醬真係值得一讚,黑松露味亦都係相當之濃郁,真係神來之筆,畢竟牛扒就食得多,但係有一個出色嘅醬汁會令到成塊牛扒更加突出。而本身牛扒亦都煎得相當出色,仍然保留粉嫩嘅狀態,油脂亦相當均勻。

為左慶祝一個特別的日子, 我特登揀左呢一間餐廳Villa 26來慶祝。這間餐廳位於尖東海濱,可以欣賞到美麗的維港景色。當天的天氣剛好涼爽,坐在戶外用餐區不時有微風輕拂,格外舒適。進入餐廳後,聽到愉快的旋律~原來是有live band表演,食客仲可以點歌tim!服務員向我們推薦了兩人套餐,我們決定試試。前菜A4和牛塔塔A4和牛肉質當然鮮嫩口感細緻,配住薯仔千層食,口感十足金槍魚塔塔色澤鮮亮的魚肉在盤中閃閃發光,搭配墨魚汁脆脆~湯洋蔥湯一整片面包浸入洋蔥湯中,吸收了濃郁的湯汁帶有洋蔥的甜味黑松露忌廉菌湯每一口都充滿了濃厚的奶油與濃濃黑松露的香味主菜扇貝意大利燴飯米飯煮得剛好,吸收了扇貝的鮮味,搭配香濃的奶油,雖然份量不大,但卻絕對讓人感到飽足。美國頂級安格斯肉眼扒配鵝肝黑松露醬上菜時已見到有好多色彩,配菜有紅椒黃椒青椒, 好colorful加曬分。牛排叫左medium rare ,肉眼扒的外皮金黃酥脆。咬下安格斯肉眼扒的時肉質厚實,鮮美多汁,而黑松露醬另上,沒有加在肉眼上,可先享受肉眼扒的juicy~再加/點上黑松露醬,多重口感甜品蘋果酥皮微暖,整體甜而不膩望住個靚景,傾吓偈,不知不覺傾咗

蘋果酥皮微暖,整體甜而不膩

望住個靚景,傾吓偈,不知不覺傾咗好耐。侍應服務友善,環境舒適,在這個特別的日子,因為Villa 26而變得更加難忘。
