The restaurant was beyond expectations. The environment was quite peaceful and nice. Tables were not put together tightly which I do appreciate. You can stay here and chat with your friends and family for a bit. The service was good. Staff was polite. I had a good time here with my friends. I would totally recommend you to come if you are looking for a place a bit more quiet and more western style but still Chinese food.

紫醉軒除左供應粵菜,酒水之外,仲有水煙不過水煙要晚上先提供下午淨係得Happy hour,買一送一咁飲酒。不過我地唔飲酒所以就無叫了惟有食環境同粵菜一坐底佢就會問你要唔要食水或者sparkling water,佢支sparkling water($38)係LLANLLYR牌子,超好飲👍👍👍👍莞香啫啫雞煲($128)雞就普通左啲,但汁好夠味,莞茜,茜芹令到雞煲好香👍豉椒帶子煎米($108)煎米幾得意,但佢豉汁唔太得😅😅

近排對中菜有種情意結,但又唔想去大酒樓食。所以上網搵咗唔少中菜餐廳,「紫醉軒」嘅型格風令我決定去試吓佢主打嘅新式創意中菜。去到餐廳已經被入面嘅氣氛吸引,內部有唔少燈位,營造感覺。成個餐廳都好有格調。今次食咗幾款餐牌上推介嘅菜式可以比大家參考一下:黑磚豆腐 入面係白豆腐,外層包左一層黑色嘅脆衣。小小竹炭咁嘅樣,食落香口得嚟,內裡清清底。唔會好似炸豆腐咁油膩,推介👍🏼廣島蠔煲 煲仔菜,上菜時熱辣辣。薑蔥炒蠔,食落唔覺得有醒味。食落嘅感覺傾平時班腩嘅味道,不過蠔嘅份量可以多少少個人覺得。酸菜桂花魚 滿滿嘅芫茜舖係面,如果唔係芫茜又想食,記得走茜。成碗酸菜魚的份量好足,3-4人都夠食。而且底仲有薯粉等配料,真係好滿足。不過湯底偏酸而冇辣同麻,差啲啲風味。棉花帶子泡飯 上菜個陣打開,視覺效果上真係似幾粒大棉花糖浮係泡飯上邊,好搞笑,打卡一流!佢用蛋白加帶子蓉整出嚟,口感係棉花糖同疏乎厘中間,食之前,加埋脆米入龍蝦湯泡飯入面。口感層次豐富。

酸菜桂花魚
滿滿嘅芫茜舖係面,如果唔係芫茜又想食,記得走茜。成碗酸菜魚的份量好足,3-4人都夠食。而且底仲有薯粉等配料,真係好滿足。不過湯底偏酸而冇辣同麻,差啲啲風味。

棉花帶子泡飯
