朋友請客相約來到油麻地這家新開的粵菜小館。由電梯門打開一刻,裝潢風格先聲奪人,店面佔地不算大,但十分四正,半開放酒吧設計,簡約而有新鮮感,突顯餐廳對第一印象的講究。點菜由朋友發辦,我和另一酒友則準備好一支隆河谷紅酒,期待與食物逐一配搭。黑磚豆腐、脆鱔、一口牛粒先打嚮頭炮。豆腐外層薄且脆,裏面滑糯。脆鱔上汁均勻,入口開胃。一口牛粒醬汁味濃,熟度適中,不愧為酒鬼最佳恩物。下半場主攻海鮮,有店長推介的黑蒜蟶子、廣島蠔煲、美極煎蝦。海鮮本身加上調味,發揮不錯,而配料處理亦見有下過功夫,整體賣相怡人,若出菜溫度可以略為調整可能更佳。餐廳新開業,在區內日式放題、火鍋、韓燒、樓上cafe云云中突破框框,做好粵菜出品,逐步探索適合自己的經營模式。這次品嚐過的幾道菜初見廚房基本功架,亦感謝朋友介紹,期待下次再臨。
