今日重訪Vivienne Westwood Cafe主要係想再食佢哋嘅High Tea,早幾年疫情時同家姐去過一次,當時已經覺得佢哋嘅食物好有水準,今日再試果然冇令人失望今日難得遇上剛推出嘅小精靈冒險之旅英式下午茶,當然唔可以錯過喇佢哋嘅鬆餅仍然係城中少有嘅美味,比好多大酒店嘅鬆餅更出色,熱辣辣嘅鬆餅加埋clotted cream 同strawberry jam 簡直好味到難以形容個人覺得佢哋嘅鹹點做得比其他甜點更出色,煙三文魚菠菜卷、煙火雞牛油果醬配脆薄片、大蝦佐香辣芒果醬同鵝肝醬多士都係超水準之作!除咗鬆餅之外,我最鍾意嘅甜點居然係薑餅人曲奇,哈哈,希望係下個月嘅聖誕節可以再訪回味一次 continue reading

於2024年10月10日去了。一向很喜歡此品牌,我喜歡形象鮮明,玩味感重。銅鑼灣除了有實體零售店外,樓上更是他們自家品牌的咖啡廳。他們一共有四個打卡位,而最深得我心是時鐘牆,西太后說每個人都該有一個叛逆的時間,除了時鐘會倒後走,更有13個小時。我點了他們的Set Lunch,前菜選了沙律,酸酸甜甜,沙律菜及蔬果都非常新鮮。主菜選了香煎西冷配意大利戈貢佐拉藍芝士牛油,牛扒的份量很大,足足有8安士,且厚身。它更配了薯條及沙律。牛油隨差牛扒的熱力,慢慢融掉,浸入牛肉中。我點了五成熟,肉味香濃,偏帶點脂肪。薯條的份量也不少,粗長的薯條配我額外點的松露醬,無可挑剔,沙律菜也鮮甜,可解主食的肥膩感。最有驚喜是現在限定的開心果奶昔,奶昔有一隻小熊造型的巧克力抱住開心果,十分可愛。入口細幼香滑,表面的開心果碎是即場打碎放上的,開心果味道強烈。這杯飲品完全滿足了我三個喜好:綠色、開心果、小熊。 continue reading

當日都係無意中經過,被Vivian招牌大大吸引而享受了一頓精美的下午茶。下午茶餐叫了一份主食,甜品及飲品。主食選擇了香煎金目鱸柳,鱸魚煎得鮮甜肉嫩,半碟有沙律醬,可以自己根據需要點醬,配上甜品的栗子蛋糕,兩日食都十分足夠。咖啡都係店舖的特色之一,大大的Vivian Logo印以朱古力粉印在咖啡面上,十分有特色。 continue reading
