不過青口只係order 到一轉 食左一個鐘 再order 已經冇哂😓 蠔因為冇牌只可以燒唔可以生食 可能係唔係靚蠔加埋自己燒一般般

食完我既感想係 食燒物都係有專人燒 坐定定等食好D 😂😂😂

 甫坐下,就送下免費的小火鍋,2人或以上就有得送。

煲仔細細,但材料蠻多,有蜆、帶子、鮮魷魚、青口⋯⋯ 還可以用來涮牛肉


湯底是甜豉油sukiyaki,甜度剛好,不會愈煲愈甜。

海鮮質素一般,不是特別鮮甜,但也不至不新鮮。最喜歡的反而是魚豆腐粉絲,滲滿sukiyaki的甜味。

先看看我們的蔬菜盤,都是小妹喜愛的食材,有:雞髀菇、鮮冬菇、翠肉瓜,還有最愛的鮮菠蘿。鮮菠蘿甜味天然,比罐頭的好吃得多。

串燒質素也很有水準。燒完仍juicy、爽口的大蔥配嫩滑雞肉,大家都很喜愛。

自家玉子燒很有趣。把玉子的表面輕輕燒至金黃,再加些燒汁,夠晒惹味。

糯米雞肉棒亦是另一有趣食材。甜甜地的燒汁糯米包著雞肉,味道配搭蠻不錯,但不是人人也愛。

首次試岩燒石燒肉,熱力夠火喉,食物心也熟之餘又不易燒燶,非常適合我這些不懂睇火的人。但價錢略高,8折之後就抵食了。

但值得一讚的是員工的貼心服務,主動收碟/換碟,還會問要否加飲品,讓我們吃得更開懷。

首先這是一間任食串燒的餐廳, 而是要自己燒。那個超小的爐, 我們化了極多時間來燒熟食物, 所以其實沒有吃很多 , 因為都不夠時間。 然而食物的品質與價格不符, 生蠔燒完變了一粒豆鼓, 雞脾菇有奇怪的味道,餐廳內彌漫著濃烈的油煙味, 抽風設備也很差。另外就是員工禮貌也是欠奉 , 平日晚市 $298 一位再加 $20 任飲再加一我們 5人共 $1800但只收現金......總刮來說如果我可以給這個價錢我不會再吃這種質素的串燒。

If you want quality food and good service, then don't go to this place. This place is for young kids with smaller budget with not high quality demand. It is all you can eat, if you want to have a quaility time with friends then this is not the right place but if you want lower budget with an ok environment then this is your place of choice.I would surely come if I am young with limited budget, but guess not now

店方叫我地燒左啲薄嘅肉先,因為快啲熟之餘,仲可以將肉嘅油份留係爐度,所以我地不停咁燒啲肉,而且無論係啲牛肉或者係豚肉都真係唔錯,可能係本來預左個質素唔太高,但結果令人意外。即使係蠔都唔會手下留情俾一、兩隻你,而係俾夠每人兩隻,而且唔夠又仲可以叫,加上啲蠔都幾新鮮唔係雪,所以食落唔覺得腥,保持到鮮味。

天氣轉涼,好想去踩單車及食串燒,不過還有好幾天才到假期,所以食住串燒先,呢間都可以自己燒。朋友帶我去一間用「火山岩」來燒烤的餐廳,雖然傳熱慢,但高溫及熱度均勻。放題任食,店員先送上雜錦海鮮鍋一份。而任點的食材就有如下:牛肉、秋刀魚、生蠔、青口、玉子、魚翅福袋、年糕、雞翼、雞軟骨、餃子等等,多眾款式選擇。而燒物附有的醬汁是 玫瑰蜜糖、燒汁、酸辣汁。長形燒烤爐,中間熱力較強,適合燒肉類,而右邊沒有鐵架可放上有殼海鮮,最後左面較少火山岩可放置麵包、蕃薯、玉子等,慢慢弄熱。生蠔燒後較縮水,不過也算新鮮鮮甜。而蒜蓉牛油多士烤得香脆味濃。牛肉顏色鮮紅,燒好後再掃上喜愛醬汁,我們較喜歡微甜的玫瑰蜜糖醬及辣辣地的酸辣汁。這邊廂海鮮鍋已熟,可食!帶子彈牙鮮甜、醬汁帶點甜味,粉絲十分入味可口,而配料的蟹柳、日本魚蛋也相當不錯。生蠔食畢後,我們將雞翼放上去,因為放在鐵架較易黏著,外脆內軟,掃上玫瑰蜜糖汁,好正。還有肥牛金菇卷,我覺得牛肉較肥,而自己燒玉子還是頭一次,微燶的表面,軟熟的蛋散發濃郁的蛋香味,很不錯~芝魚丸也是值得推介之一,咬開芝士微甜香濃,令人吃不停口。

中伏(如果有得比負分我會比負分我會比負分)我食過咁多間餐廳佢都算係垃圾,二個人埋單要七百幾仲要唔知食過咩落肚到,飲品每個加二十,完全冇服務可言,食物唔新鮮,去其他地方一串串叫黎食都平價過佢,唔知佢好食既點係邊(小弟真心想係到問下咁多位去過食過野既食評家點解唔好食既野都可以讚到天花龍鳳咁,真係為左有得試唔洗比咁多錢就讚到天上有地下無咁睇到都眼火爆)純粹發表個人意見,不喜勿插。
