用火山石燒烤, 好處就是有熱力卻無火, 能均勻把食物烤熟. 跟明火燒烤是截然不同的. 吃過一輪蔬菜, 就吃點飽肚的, 把魷魚鬚燒熟後沾些燒汁, 非常惹味呀!

Visit this restaurant, kinda smokey when the lift door open. Good atmosphere but not nice for clothes. You can opt to DIY or ask the kitchen to prepare for you. I think that's smart to have kitchen do the grilling work for us. Not only that's not a easy task but I trust can eat more if u don't need to face the hot source. All u can eat with quite a lot choose either meat or veggie. Kitchen work done is far better when compare with those Japanese all-u-can-eat. They are actually grill the skewers

All u can eat with quite a lot choose either meat or veggie. Kitchen work done is far better when compare with those Japanese all-u-can-eat. They are actually grill the skewers not cheated with deep fried. Less oily n the surface is taste n smell better. The veggie favour become more concentrated when the water evaporated, this best present with the peppers.

Meat and seafood are well prepared as well. A little bit crispy surface and juicy inside. Capelin and octopus root smell awesome. The jet potato is something shall not be skipped. What a smooth and soft one.

燒咗咁多野,我有幾樣野要推薦比大家。第一就係魚翅褔袋。個褔袋燒完之後脆卜卜,好香口!第二就係牛柳粒,燒完一d都唔覺得韌,好諗,又重牛味,燒嘅時候記得搽d燒肉汁,燒完之後會更加惹味架!第三就係個燒雞,本身已經燒咗一次,而家再燒多次,皮脆肉嫩,又多汁,味道一流!

呢度個環境幾好,好寬敞,而我們被安排到卡位座。 每枱匀有吸油煙機、有助減少油煙量。前菜是:沙律菜/冷麵/枝豆沙律菜主要是生菜,爽口多水份,沙律汁是微酸,有助開胃。冷麵的汁很好味、調味香濃,但略嫌有點淋身,彈牙一點會較好。枝豆帶有少少鹹味,唧唧唧幾過癮。好鬼多火山石呀!跟其他燒物店不一,這是最original的做法,未嘗唔係好事,個火爐都OK大火喉,好快熟!Order了一大堆食物,我們先把貝殼類放在石上燒,這兒是最最最受熱的地方。青口見熟就可即食,以免燒乾水或者縮得太勁!青口質感嫩滑,青草味唔算好重。這碟是我們的肉類。牛脷真的很薄,把它燒至金黃色,味道挺不錯。細細塊的牛小排質感柔滑,肉汁鎖著係入面而做到不韌的口感,食落好多汁且唔太肥膩,值得encore!五花腩片超薄。所以拿來燒真是恰到好處,油脂豐富,牛肩肉牛味香濃,肥痩適中。燒燒下叫朋友幫我燒!仲叫左一大堆蔬菜,無咁DRY~ 燒車厘茄,秋葵我都超鐘意食的!想不到燒原個薯仔也是很好吃的—大致上食物是沒有經調味的,原汁原味, 新鮮與否一試就知,亦可加入提供的調味汁。

沙律菜主要是生菜,爽口多水份,沙律汁是微酸,有助開胃。

冷麵的汁很好味、調味香濃,但略嫌有點淋身,彈牙一點會較好。

Order了一大堆食物,我們先把貝殼類放在石上燒,這兒是最最最受熱的地方。青口見熟就可即食,以免燒乾水或者縮得太勁!青口質感嫩滑,青草味唔算好重。

這碟是我們的肉類。牛脷真的很薄,把它燒至金黃色,味道挺不錯。細細塊的牛小排質感柔滑,肉汁鎖著係入面而做到不韌的口感,食落好多汁且唔太肥膩,值得encore!五花腩片超薄。所以拿來燒真是恰到好處,油脂豐富,牛肩肉牛味香濃,肥痩適中。

秋冬臨近最好就是打邊爐和燒野食,要係野外燒未免唔太適合我這種懶人, 最好就是任食點燒坐得舒服的餐廳才適合我呢。 店內有三款燒烤醬汁,分別是玫瑰蜜糖, 燒汁和微辣的醬汁,而我最喜歡的就甜甜的玫瑰蜜糖, 也許就像平常bbq最後要加蜜糖作為結尾的感覺。 除了任點任食的燒物以外、還有即點即食的燒春雞, 雞油都燒出來了,甘香的香草味配上鮮嫩的雞肉。 燒物款式非常多,肉類蔬菜也一應俱全,一邊燒一邊看著那金黃焦香的串物已經流晒口水。 至於燒烤也不用什麼技巧,先燒好一邊至金黃色再反轉, 這樣可以令肉上留下金黃的炭爐印。 煮食方面有非常吸引的壽喜燒,一煲的用料也非常豐富, 特別是吸了湯的粉絲更是入味。 即燒即食的生蠔夠鮮味,海水味不太濃,如果可以配上牛油式蒜末就更好了。

自從卡米拉到過另一主打火山石串燒的串酒里後,就再想嘗嘗火山石燒烤的風味。今天下班後到了銅鑼灣閒逛,路過L. Square 見到宣傳牌,就在誤打誤撞下來了火山燒。由於我們沒有訂座,我們被安排到沒有自行燒烤的位置,感覺若有所失。 不過不想再去找其他餐廳用餐的前提下,還是勉強接受吧! 店員首先送上每枱一份關東煮。材料有帆立貝(只有一隻)、青口、蜆、蘿蔔、鳴門卷等,店方設有爐加熱。海鮮的鮮味一般,份量方面也不足。 前菜我們選了野菜沙律、蒜油冷麵及秋葵冷麵。沙律味道正常,兩款冷麵的冷度亦合適。以蒜油冷麵的調味較為出色。 炸雞皮很脆,咬下去卜卜聲,口感十足。其他串燒味道都是一般,只是牛柳粒味道比較好,熱度也不太足夠。豚肉脂肪過多,大部份都是肥的部份。 價值較高而包括在放題內只有生蠔。生蠔燒得不錯,體積不算大,尚算新鮮味美。 燒春雞不太熱,雞肉既質感亦太硬,不過皮還算脆。放題要每人要另加$20才有任飲,選擇包括罐裝汽水及健康工房飲品。 總括而言,這裡的食物質素當然和單點的餐廳有點距離,不過如果你是希望重量的話,這裡不失為一個好選擇。以銅鑼灣的地段,價格算是合理。
