這間在元朗的華苑酒家,平時除了有晚市特價小菜及火鍋外,還有半任食海鮮蒸氣鍋,今晚就同了屋企人去食蒸氣鍋。青島任飲基本上無得輸,其他還有7-up等汽水。八款海鮮中選擇了四款,海鮮都很新鮮,尤其是扇貝及蝦,味道鮮甜,鮑魚略韌,龍躉都很嫩滑有魚味,只不過海鮮只供應一次。其他任食配料有肥牛、牛柳粒都很有肉香,而且很腍不會是剩油脂,肥瘦均勻;墨丸更是必食之選,彈牙有咬口,反而蝦丸就較腍,不及墨丸彈牙;污糟雞雞肉嫩滑但醃料令雞失去了原味,比較一般,外面可以自取蔬菜及雲吞,約有十多款,都很乾淨企理。最後食返個加了香茜及葱的粥底,非常滿足的一餐。

其他任食配料有肥牛、牛柳粒都很有肉香,而且很腍不會是剩油脂,肥瘦均勻;墨丸更是必食之選,彈牙有咬口,反而蝦丸就較腍,不及墨丸彈牙;污糟雞雞肉嫩滑但醃料令雞失去了原味,比較一般,外面可以自取蔬菜及雲吞,約有十多款,都很乾淨企理。

復活節假前夕,放工就即刻同老同去食好西,這間位於元朗的華苑酒家,有海鮮蒸氣鍋餐,價錢只不過是二百多元,除了海鮮還有任飲任食的配料,超級抵食。先選了淮山雞粥,雞油味道滲入粥底,加上海鮮等食物精華,鮮甜綿滑。海鮮可選四款,我們揀了元貝、鮑魚、龍躉及蟶子,全部海鮮都非常新鮮,元貝及蟶子更是蒜蓉粉絲一起蒸熟,肉鮮且甜,又不會蒸過火。任食的配料大多數到高質,尤其是手打丸,新鮮彈牙,手切和牛肉味濃又有牛脂香,其他還有蒸雞及蔬菜等,十分豐富。最後當然少不得是啤酒汽水任飲,這裏食材新鮮,價錢合理,值得再去。

最後終於嚟到我哋嘅重點啦 期待已久嘅粥底😍我相信佢係吸晒所有食物的精華的粥底 一打開見到粥呈金黃色 軟綿綿嘅粥 食落去勁鮮甜 好正 即是8/9成飽都要照食呢碗粥 因為佢係集中於所有的精華所在地🤤🤤🤤

去元朗下白泥睇完日落,同一眾朋友諗緊食乜既時候,就見到呢間位於元朗安寧路既火鍋酒家,佢分左幾層,一樓係普通茶市,2樓就係專做火鍋既,咁我地一行人都係相當大食既,咁當然揀蒸汽火鍋喇,一上到去,環境同一般既火鍋酒家差不多,但服務態度係幾好既,一坐低,侍應已經介紹呢度既招牌粥底同海鮮比我地,我地就揀左個淮山杞子雞粥做我地既粥底,然後就發現佢既粥底火鍋係即時落料整既,夠曬新鮮,之後有4種海鮮可以揀我地就揀左蟶子,鮑魚,扇貝同帶子,佢地既海鮮係每日新鮮由街市入貨,唔係自己養(所以出奇地佢地酒樓係冇魚缸)。蒸出來味道極鮮甜,尤其個海鮮汁係甜中有鮮味,可惜得4種揀,唔夠喉。其他火鍋配料方面,最正既一定係雞,佢既順德污糟雞同蟲草花雞都好出色,滑得來有滿滿既雞油,我地都嗌左5碟。炸魚皮都係十分之正,佢即炸,放落口係仲熱既,真係好小見。另外佢地d丸係每粒用手打,彈牙又冇冰鮮味,真心正。最後佢地個粥底先係重點,冇曬所有食物既精華,海鮮既汁加埋雞既精華,真係蒸氣火鍋先做到。佢地既汽水同啤酒都係任羅,醬汁選擇好多,芫荽等少見既食材都有。下次一定會再來

去元朗下白泥睇完日落,同一眾朋友諗緊食乜既時候,就見到呢間位於元朗安寧路既火鍋酒家,佢分左幾層,一樓係普通茶市,2樓就係專做火鍋既,咁我地一行人都係相當大食既,咁當然揀蒸汽火鍋喇,一上到去,環境同一般既火鍋酒家差不多,但服務態度係幾好既,一坐低,侍應已經介紹呢度既招牌粥底同海鮮比我地,我地就揀左個淮山杞子雞粥做我地既粥底,然後就發現佢既粥底火鍋係即時落料整既,夠曬新鮮,之後有4種海鮮可以揀我地就揀左蟶子,鮑魚,扇貝同帶子,佢地既海鮮係每日新鮮由街市入貨,唔係自己養(所以出奇地佢地酒樓係冇魚缸)。蒸出來味道極鮮甜,尤其個海鮮汁係甜中有鮮味,可惜得4種揀,唔夠喉。其他火鍋配料方面,最正既一定係雞,佢既順德污糟雞同蟲草花雞都好出色,滑得來有滿滿既雞油,我地都嗌左5碟。炸魚皮都係十分之正,佢即炸,放落口係仲熱既,真係好小見。另外佢地d丸係每粒用手打,彈牙又冇冰鮮味,真心正。最後佢地個粥底先係重點,冇曬所有食物既精華,海鮮既汁加埋雞既精華,真係蒸氣火鍋先做到。佢地既汽水同啤酒都係任羅,醬汁選擇好多,芫荽等少見既食材都有。下次一定會再來

今日同朋友去『華苑酒家』打邊爐,之前未黎過~感覺比較似舊式茶樓,一共有三層:地下係接待處一樓係晚飯小菜廳二樓就係食打邊爐同蒸氣海鮮鍋。『華苑』啲湯底選擇都幾多,而且幾特別下,店員推介「枝竹鯇魚鍋」同「重慶雞鍋」不過個人唔多好魚,又唔想食辣,所以最後叫左「椰子雞鍋」湯底一上枱巳經聞到好香椰子味,湯滾左,就放埋啲湯料落去一齊煲~火鍋配料選擇唔多,但款式比出面其他餐廳嘅特別少少,有我好中意嘅「竹苼」😍另外啲手打丸都好出色👍🏼第一輪叫左「竹苼」同「粉絲」,我想講呢兩款料配椰子雞湯真係一流😋索曬啲湯汁,好清甜好順口!
