今日同朋友去尖沙咀行完街,揀咗加連威老道一間叫「和道屋」嘅居酒屋食日式料理,一入去餐廳就見到非常吸睛嘅裝修,係一條掛滿日式燈籠嘅走廊,有個千與千尋嘅無臉男公仔坐咗喺張長凳上面,大家未入去餐廳就已經可以喺度打卡,行到去餐廳入面都係充滿日式裝潢,坐得非常舒服。我哋嗌咗個$988嘅A4和牛壽喜燒二人套餐,套餐包咗好多嘢食,包括漬物三款、刺身五點、火炙壽司四點、拖羅海膽刺身杯兩杯、特盛A4和牛壽喜燒配稻庭烏冬同芝麻及綠茶雪糕各一客。如果覺得唔夠喉,仲可以用$268追加A4和牛肉眼150g。漬物柚子醋醃蘿蔔非常爽口開胃,柚子味好出,蘿蔔醃得唔會太酸;醬油醃蕃茄嘅蕃茄都好清甜,苦瓜漬滅完之後嘅苦瓜一啲都唔苦,有種回甘嘅味道。刺身五點就有三文魚腩、帶子、吞拿魚腩、油甘魚同赤海蝦,刺身尚算新鮮,食得出食材嘅鮮味。火炙壽司四點有火炙A4和牛壽司同火炙左口魚邊壽司各兩件,和牛火炙後半生熟,配上蒜粒同蔥花,咬落去重牛味同油脂味;左口魚邊火炙後迫晒啲魚油出嚟,咬落去入口即溶。拖羅海膽刺身杯嘅配搭比較新奇,賣相吸引,頂層有鮮甜嘅海膽配鹹香嘅魚子醬,下層有滿滿嘅拖羅蓉,又有爽脆嘅三文魚子做點綴,整體口感豐富。壽喜
