其實之前尖沙咀有一間我好中意食嘅居酒屋,經常一大班人都去,不過去下去下又好似習慣左,冇咩特別。今次真係咁岩來左和道屋,試下新野。其實未入到去,已經覺得佢地d裝修好特別,同埋好新淨 (之後發現廁所都好乾淨就更加加分),而且好好食!首先叫左魚籽壽司 ($38/2件)同埋拖羅海膽刺身杯 ($88),做下前菜先~ 我第一次係一個刺身杯咁食,拖羅海膽都好味,海膽仲帶有少少甜味。鵝肝多士 ($68)之後梗係有我NO.1 大愛嘅鵝肝多士,雖然佢個形狀有d搞笑,但佢係好味,表面係有d香脆,而個多士都整到金黃色,一齊食果陣口感好好,同事亦減低左油膩感。厚切吉列芝士米豚 ($128)芝士米豚好耐冇食喇,好耐好耐之前有係日本食過類似,有左芝士,基本上唔蘸醬都好味,又夠香口。錫紙白蜆 ($58)之後叫左個蜆,呢個係幾令我印象深刻。個蜆好新鮮好滑,個汁好清,再加埋蒜味一流。來到居酒屋,我同男朋友都有必叫items,就係免治雞軟骨肉棒 ($68) 同埋燒雞皮 ($28)。免治雞軟骨肉棒必定要蘸埋個蛋食,而且因為係雞軟骨,所以口感好好。燒雞皮當然香脆,不過男朋友話如果再鹹多少少就好喇。A4和牛壽喜燒 ($298)最

其實之前尖沙咀有一間我好中意食嘅居酒屋,經常一大班人都去,不過去下去下又好似習慣左,冇咩特別。今次真係咁岩來左和道屋,試下新野。其實未入到去,已經覺得佢地d裝修好特別,同埋好新淨 (之後發現廁所都好乾淨就更加加分),而且好好食!

之後梗係有我NO.1 大愛嘅鵝肝多士,雖然佢個形狀有d搞笑,但佢係好味,表面係有d香脆,而個多士都整到金黃色,一齊食果陣口感好好,同事亦減低左油膩感。

芝士米豚好耐冇食喇,好耐好耐之前有係日本食過類似,有左芝士,基本上唔蘸醬都好味,又夠香口。

之後叫左個蜆,呢個係幾令我印象深刻。個蜆好新鮮好滑,個汁好清,再加埋蒜味一流。

來到居酒屋,我同男朋友都有必叫items,就係免治雞軟骨肉棒 ($68) 同埋燒雞皮 ($28)。免治雞軟骨肉棒必定要蘸埋個蛋食,而且因為係雞軟骨,所以口感好好。燒雞皮當然香脆,不過男朋友話如果再鹹多少少就好喇。

最後驚唔夠飽,叫左個壽喜燒,A4和牛唔好以為佢得幾片,其實每片都有d厚度,而且佢夾埋個壽喜燒嘅味,真係好夾。加埋好多配菜,每次食都會想連湯飲多幾啖。
