冬天就係會想打邊爐暖笠笠咁(雖然一年四季都想XD)可以每人一鍋同埋唔同湯底好開心揀咗港式特濃沙嗲湯同埋關東風壽喜燒湯,仲有一隻生蛋其他湯底都勁吸引…係門口猶豫咗一陣套餐就係LV2. 精選牛肩胛裝修好靚,每張枱都好闊坐得好舒服而且卡位仲有間板擋住,私隱度勁高牆上嘅卡通好可愛啊~但第一時間當然就衝出去拎野食先啦火鍋區有好多種菜蔬最特別係丸類有款貓貓肉球丸,係流心黑椒芝士丸唔止可愛仲好好食腐皮福袋入面係年糕,腐皮吸晒湯好甜而年糕夠晒煙韌依兩樣都必拎﹗首先一碟牛肩胛同埋湯一齊送上色澤好靚一淥就食得好夠牛味又唔韌最讚係湯底兩款都好夠味好濃港式特濃沙嗲湯有好多花生碎一齊,好香好惹味關東風壽喜燒湯夠甜,加埋生蛋黃點肉食超好味﹗蛋白當然比我地放入鍋內,變成甜甜地嘅蛋花一定要加公仔麵,超好食其他肉類、海鮮同炸物都係手機落單除咗牛肩胛仲有好多款野食有豚肉、雞外,仲有少見嘅牛舌、羊肉卷炸物每樣都好出色好好食,即炸即上枱飲品有好多種類,居然連生可樂都有而最估唔到就係,連甜品都超級出色﹗泡芺有兩種,淺色山嘅裡面係雪糕超好食……﹗芝麻糊好濃郁好好食仲可以自己裝軟雪糕,勁多配料可以加記得一定要預時間同胃比甜品﹗

之前已經食過牛魔,最近天氣凍,又再嚟食!晚市放題性價比真係高。 咁我揀左最抵食果個餐,有牛有豬有雞,好夠食!都係 178任食。叫咗個蕃茄薯仔湯同埋壽喜燒湯。 蕃茄薯仔湯好濃郁,好重蕃茄味,淥完啲肉可以唔使點豉油,直接食都得。 啲肉全部都好切得好薄,淥一淥就食得,正雞好滑身,有雞味,但係都要點豉油。 雖然我嗌咗最平嗰個餐,但其實牛嘅質素都唔差嘅。 我最鍾意係佢哋個溫泉蛋,個蛋黃啱啱好,少少實心,好香蛋味!用嚟配牛肉同豬肉都好好食。今日仲有皮蛋餡嘅牛丸,好特別嘅味道。仲有羅勒芝士流心丸,又係出面冇見過嘅丸,味道都幾得意好食。 呢度上菜都快,侍應加湯都加得好密。 今次仲有芝麻糊,唔太甜幾濃芝麻味,好食。冬天打邊爐真係好正。 同埋平平哋,又可以任食。 女仔食得唔太多嘅話,其實嗌最平嗰個餐已經夠。 因為牛嘅質素都OK。

冬天最愛打邊爐的我,今日嚟到調景嶺都會駅的牛摩呢度裝潢簡潔而不失溫馨座位寬闊舒服店內還播放着輕鬆的音樂😊因為一人一鍋的形式,我們選了博多美人骨膠原啫喱雞白湯和關東風壽喜燒湯底、LV.3阿古豚梅肉👍各款肉類質素都唔錯,LV.3就可品嚐到星級牛肌腹、精選牛肩胛、牛舌、羊肉卷、阿古豚梅肉等等,全部都好新鮮美味,另外還有不少熟食任點😋出面還有大量不同種類的蔬菜、菇類和丸類,連壽司都有提供👏仲有各種飲品,甜品和多種自製醬料✨最後還可以自己整雪糕添😄

Whether dipped in the rich, spicy broth or enjoyed with a tangy dipping sauce, each bite melted in my mouth, bringing a satisfying depth to the hotpot experience.The seafood options were impressive, offering a delightful array that included succulent shrimp, plump mussels, and tender squid rings. The freshness was evident, and the shrimp were particularly noteworthy—juicy and perfectly cooked in the bubbling broth. The mussels added a briny kick, while the squid rings absorbed the broth's flavors beautifully.This place also boasts a variety of meatballs, including delightful cheese balls that oozed creamy goodness with every bite. The assortment added a fun twist to the meal, allowing for creative combinations in the pot. Each type of meatball brought its own unique texture and flavor, elevating the overall experience.While waiting for the hotpot to cook, we indulged in some ready-to-eat sushi. The rolls were fresh and flavorful, providing a nice contrast to the hotpot cooking process. Additionally, the deep-fried platter was a hit, featuring crispy Japanese dumplings and tender chicken soft bone. Each item was perfectly fried, adding a satisfying crunch that was hard to resist.The drink selection was diverse, including low-sugar canned juices that were refreshing and not overly sweet. For dessert, the mochi and ice cream were delightful. The mochi was soft and chewy, filled with subtly sweet flavors, while the ice cream offered a creamy finish to the meal.
