雲吞都算正常,沒有什麼好與差!

那麼我們就講下華南的招牌牛腩。如果你喜歡超瘦叉燒那種肉質超韌,有如柴皮一樣的感覺,那就非到華南一試不可。 每咬一口,都花你力氣去 咀嚼。吃後無聊,還可以花你一點點時間把牙縫的牛腩渣慢慢地挑出來。

還有那碎碎的河粉,真是讓你們練習用筷子的好機會,因為你要好俾心機先可以夾進口裡去。

我應該不會再去,咁你又會唔會勇於去挑戰下呢?

Bought the most expensive thing on the menu: beef brisket duo of two types 坑腩 and 崩沙腩, which have a large amount of sinews, fat and soft meat of the brisket. I imagine it's the equivalent of the "point" or "deckle". Soft, fatty melt in mouth with strong pungent soup flavor. For a bowl of specialized brisket, $230 is not cheap although you can get a bowl of beef brisket with noodles for about $60. We ordered for takeaway and only wanted the meat. If you eat on site don't expect a cosy affair, just enjoy your noodles on a round table sitting on round chairs perhaps with other strangers at your table a la typical local noodle shop. But the food is excellent.

Love this no frills restaurant, I'll always come back for my brisket fix.

在灣仔福臨門在後巷, 是我第一份工作常去吃早餐的地方, 轉工後很少經過這裡, 多年重回舊地, 改變不太大, 華南粉麵依然車水馬龍. 這裡的牛腩牛雜河價值七十多元, 可以和九記媲美, 但前者則較為低調. 湯頭清澈而沒有漂油, 味道濃香不死鹹, 還有微微的甜美. 崩沙腩上的橫隔膜十分彈牙和爽口, 牛什則是十分入味而乾浄, 品質上乘, 對得起其價錢.

一坐底見到牆上一堆明星照,咁多數賣會好貴。點知,望望餐牌,平均一碗粉都已經40 蚊起😟,而我地怕羞又吾好意思走,店員又係咁問食咩食咩,咁就叫兩碗粉吧🍜

牛什米(HKD 53):公道講句,牛什每個部位都比一舊最少,咁的確吾錯,而且洗得乾淨,無怪味。😋但可惜米粉既份量少,而且好似淥吾淋咁,仲有點硬🤨湯底吾算油,係普通牛肚湯。

雙丸(魚蛋,牛丸)(HKD 64): 咁就60 多元就睇下有幾大碗,點知係個碗大,份量少食完好似食空氣咁,牛丸濃味有胡椒粒係入味,夠彈牙,而魚蛋都係調好曬味,普通。

留意番,兩碗都係單點吾包野飲🥤,而飲品無得跟餐,要飲就24蚊起。

見人地食炸魚皮咁滋味,叫一碟,25 蚊,份量真係少,但味嘅吾錯,脆身,炸粉薄。

價錢貴 份量少 吾值
對面街食碗粉連飲品都吾洗60 蚊
不會再光顧

自己伙計落錯單,之後輔返兩隻餃原來收番我錢,感覺非常不舒服,有啲好似俾屈。咁多年介紹唔少朋友去幫襯食宵夜,依家覺得有啲白費。算吧返正一向喜歡的韮菜餃水準下降了,以後少了一個宵夜的選擇有點可惜。
