Another Taiwanese tea shop in Hong Kong. Wanpo Tea Shop specializes in making handcraft tea with crème brûlée cheese cap. I have zero resistance to cheese cap, that’s why I decided to give it a try. As a cheese cap drink lover, let me share a pro tip with you - never drink your cheese cap drink with a straw, at least not at the beginning. You should sip from the cup directly, so that you can enjoy the smooth cheese cap. Second sip, hold it longer so that you can have a mix of cheese cap and tea.

As a cheese cap drink lover, let me share a pro tip with you - never drink your cheese cap drink with a straw, at least not at the beginning. You should sip from the cup directly, so that you can enjoy the smooth cheese cap. Second sip, hold it longer so that you can have a mix of cheese cap and tea. Anything after that is up to you, you are welcome to use a straw or even mix the cheese cap with the drink.

This Red Grapefruit and Earl Grey with Cheese Cap was absolutely amazing! The cheese cap was so silky and flavoured. I think it’s real crème brûlée cheese cap as advertised in social media. The earl grey was ordinary earl grey, but what topped it up was the grapefruit peel on top! You should definitely give it a try yourself, I strongly recommend it.

成日行過旺角附近,都會見到呢間野裝修緊,搞到都想試吓飲。仲要有個朋友話呢間都係台灣過江龍,咁我心諗,應該都唔錯掛! 係佢試業期間,我同一個朋友都有去過,但因為佢試業,所以好早就關左鋪。咁到佢正式開業,我終於抽到時間去飲,就叫左杯都算係招牌既香草籽鹹奶油布蕾紅茶。就咁睇相都見到層奶蓋比較薄,同埋啲奶已經好飲有粉咁滲晒落底。試飲面頭層奶蓋,覺得其實味道上係ok既,似得出奶油既味,但係就比較稀身,唔夠濃厚。紅茶底個茶味好淡,一啲都唔香,飲飲吓啲奶蓋溝埋紅茶,令茶味更加淡,唔會再飲。

就咁睇相都見到層奶蓋比較薄,同埋啲奶已經好飲有粉咁滲晒落底。

試飲面頭層奶蓋,覺得其實味道上係ok既,似得出奶油既味,但係就比較稀身,唔夠濃厚。


紅茶底個茶味好淡,一啲都唔香,飲飲吓啲奶蓋溝埋紅茶,令茶味更加淡,唔會再飲。

星期一無無聊聊沒有上班,走到旺角辦理證件,可惜因為沒有帶身分證在身,辦不到。路經萬波,順便買了杯珍珠奶茶來喝。這是一家新開的台灣過江龍茶飲店,裝修簡約得來有點古色古香,放滿茶壺和茶葉。比起其他茶飲店,這家的杯子比較平實沒有花樣。點了杯烏龍粉圓鮮奶,我要的是半糖和走冰。粉圓是細細的那種,吃下口煙煙韌韌的,可惜太細粒,沒什麼口感。半糖味道調得也不錯,所以整體上這杯珍珠奶茶質素幾好,有機會經過會再試下其他。
