今日公司聚餐黎左呢間餐廳包場食飯,我先知道原來中環碼頭仲有間咁靚既餐廳。一入去就有海景包圍,望住個維港食飯真係好有feel。食飯之前,餐廳安排左appetizer同drink比同事邊飲邊傾計,appetizer個macaron同蟹肉沙律都好好食,我覺得係全部加埋dinner最好食。。。首先個頭盤係龍蝦雞肉凍,唔知係咪調味太少,食落個肉凍好一般,個人覺得可以改善下個肉凍既味道。然後餐湯係蘑菇湯,呢個湯係幾好飲,蘑菇打得好碎同好香。主菜係鱸魚,唔知係咪主菜煮得太耐都未上菜,原本煎既魚皮都軟哂,而且個魚唔係好鮮味。最後甜品係tiramisu,味道不錯,不過可能冰箱解凍唔夠,食中間有少少冰係入面。

The dessert corner doesn’t have much to choose from, but a highlight would be my most loved tiramisu with a creamy mascarpone custard and a strong coffee flavor. The freshly made crepe is also impressive that is delicately thin, and of course perfect with drizzles of chocolate sauce and a scoop of ice cream.

蒸波士頓龍蝦做得出色,單望上去完全不覺是蒸的,但食落口龍蝦肉保持了本身的鮮甜,肉又夠爽脆,配上特製的輕怡的香檬醬,食來酸酸甜甜又開胃清新,同時又唔會蓋過龍蝦的鮮甜。

韓牛是平昌出品的,切得厚薄適中,肉質較滑嫩,而且無筋,有別於平時食的韓牛,它比較似一塊嫩口的牛肋肉,點上紅酒汁,別有一番味道。

美國和牛肩胛Oyster blade好似是第一次食,是牛肩中心的一塊無骨部份,因為包含了有筋的部份,所以口感富嚼勁但肉質細嫩,意外地好食。

大家飲下酒据下扒說說笑笑,度過了輕鬆愉快的一個晚上。望住碼頭的船來船往,感覺別有一番味道。甜品因為自己預備了蛋糕,所以未有機會試,但見餐牌賣相精緻,所以決定留待下次。

中午12:15 去到食lunch, 成埸最早第2 檯, 一行四人, 叫set lunch食完個前菜, 飲完個湯, 要成半個鐘先有主菜食, 當時只有 4 -5 檯有客, 遲過我地點餐既外國人就即刻有, 而其餘4 -5 檯客個個都有舉手問有沒有漏單...侍應就聽完你既問有沒有漏單後, 也沒有再同你交待D 野係漏左定廚緊...... 主菜來了, 2 個人叫肉眼扒, 一個medium, 一個medium rare...侍應問都唔問就放低, 分都分唔到邊份打邊份, 咁都係既, 佢地根本無分, 老逢咁當medium 煮.......   仲有個羊架, 個朋友食橡筋咁....人地獅子老虎食隻全生羊都食得滋味過佢.......        知道呢班悠閒既侍應, 慢動作既廚房, 我地食到主菜一半已叫定甜品, 當然又係賴野, 甜品又係食完主菜後, 成20分鐘都唔來.....而個主菜食完後, D 浪漫主義既侍應都唔aware 要收碟, 最後當然說要cancel 個甜品, D 甜卻可以突然可以由廚房出現........  其實無咁既服務, 無好既食材, 無好既廚師...真係唔好浪費中環碼頭臨海既靚鋪., 係

鵝肝多士好食,大大塊。龍蝦湯濃味恰當,但係海鮮拼盤有啲失色,因為生蠔非常細小,而且唔似太新鮮。餐廳有點殘舊,感覺不太浪漫。咁唔啱旁邊仲要有小朋友大哭,大煞風景。暫時應該不會再來。
