很久沒有上酒樓吃晚飯, 剛巧跟媽媽在銅鑼灣皇室堡逛街,看到剛開業不久的富軒。可能因為剛開業不久,所以推出超值2人鮑魚龍蝦餐,這個餐價錢實在太吸引,決定入內試一試。富軒燒味雙拼盤切雞拼叉燒,叉燒溫熱上桌,肉質軟林;切雞嫰滑多汁。果皮南非鮮鮑魚足足有小朋友拳頭一樣大的南非鮑魚,肉厚彈牙,果皮增添了鮑魚風味,最主要是師父蒸的火喉時間拿捏得恰到好處。蒜蓉開邊蒸龍蝦完整龍蝦開邊,鋪上金銀蒜提香,龍蝦肉鮮彈牙,好正👍🏻秘製紅燒皇子鴿鴿子小小,皮脆肉嫩,非常香口,送啤酒一流。上湯浸田圓時蔬這個套餐挺貼心,吃了這麼多海鮮和肉類,蔬菜🥬一定不能少,菜心不單碧綠脆軟,它的炸蒜子亦非常美味。陳皮紅豆沙最後一碗紅豆沙,為今晚晚餐劃上完美句號。

一家4口外出食飯,揸車落到皇室堡,見到呢間新開嘅酒樓,平時去開皇室堡另外果幾間酒樓,都食到悶悶地,即管試下呢間富軒。阿拉斯加蟹夠大隻,都好鮮味,我地仲叫咗個set,一隻蟹加拔絲黑豚肉,都係$888,真心覺得抵食,個黑豚肉拔絲太吸引到食完先醒起唔記得影相。一定會再嚟幫襯,今次隻阿拉斯加蟹太大隻,食唔落其他小菜。
