剛送到的時候,我還想著是什麼來的,用煲仔來上菜,打開以後才發現是薑蔥美國桶蠔,聞起來非常香,而且煲仔還是非常熱的狀態,不斷把薑蔥和蠔繼續煎香!美國桶蠔真的非常大的一隻,夾起來份量很足,是裹上粉再炸的,所以吃起來外脆內嫩,鮮味十足,蠔味也很濃,而且很大隻的關係,肉感非常好!調味方面也很惹味!

脆皮燒腩仔剛送到的時候我還真的嚇一跳,因為好像比想像中的要瘦,怕吃起來會很乾很柴的樣子,但吃下去才發現這個肉質超嫩滑的,而且又沒有油膩的感覺,脆皮也非常鬆化,真的非常意外!

和家人好耐無出去叫餸食飯,早前決定去下皇室堡這間酒樓食下,出乎意料地有心思!他們除了有抵食的晚市孖寶套餐外,還有很多精緻小菜。這是每枱客都必點的「絲絲入扣」,其實是脆皮拔絲黑豚肉,賣相精緻之餘味道亦非常出色!黑毛豬的外皮非常香脆而且皮不厚,要下去肉質煙韌,肥瘦均勻,連平日不太吃肉的屋企人都不停在吃😋😋上湯焗波士頓龍蝦的龍蝦有14兩,味道好香,肉質彈口鮮甜,比我想像中多肉。伊麵底也頗出色,加了好多蒜粒,與鮮味龍蝦香混合一起,非常滋味。晚市還有綠豆/紅豆沙送!這裡的小菜真的用心出色,怪不得這麼多熟客,有機會再來叫餸食飯😋😋😋
