好啦,今次同friend link去嗰間鋪,啲野簡直係好過講!首輑嗌咗一碗豬骨湯麵,湯底真係夠哂香濃,啲骨髓都係咁飄香,面條Q彈得嚟唔會爛笠,即刻覺得開心哂😋!再試咗個牛肉多士,啲牛肉片滑溜溜,一啖咬落㗎㖭嗰啲港式麻油醬汁真係足晒味,多士炸到金黃酥脆,正喎!食完仲有個豆腐花,啲花腦香滑,糖水甜度啱啱好,唔會膩口,完美收場。食物之外,佢哋嘅服務仲好貼心,環境雖然唔算高級,但潔淨舒服,真係一個好去處,下次仲要再嚟!🥢🥣👍🏻 continue reading

店舖門面都睇得出有返咁上下歷史,係舊式既糖水店。入面賣既都係比較傳統既中式糖水,但細看用料都係好有營養,感覺都係養生健康既糖水,頓時覺得無咁邪惡😇而且店舖只賣熱糖水,不設凍糖水😊超級養生❤💟紅棗圓肉百合蓮子淮山玉竹糖水$23聽個名咁長都知入面有幾多材料啦😂本身入到黎都未簡到食邊款,老闆娘就介紹我食呢個,話好岩女仔🙍‍♀️食,睇d材料都知好補😚食落甜度覺得岩岩好,而且入面真係幾多料下,有野食下,唔係得個糖水底架😆💟蓮子紅豆沙$18(配雞蛋+$3)紅豆沙食落煮得幾夠火候,食落有沙既感覺,容易入口,配埋蓮子,養生feel up!💟啫喱$8見到有街坊入黎買左三個,所以心思思買左個外賣試下,配埋花奶食,都幾有兒時回憶👧有三隻色三個口味架~❣感覺就係雖然店面小小,但除左糖水外,原來仲有龜苓膏、廿四味、感冒茶、火麻仁賣。糖水有分堂食同外賣價,外賣一般貴2蚊左右,大約都只係$20蚊一碗,而且幾足料👍 continue reading

既然上一篇都講咗香港嘅懷舊糖水,呢度都好想分享另外一間係南區嘅小店。呢間舖頭係我細細個嗰陣就已經有㗎啦,不過一直都冇去留意佢,反而係最近呢三四年先至第一次食!呢一間舖頭嘅裝潢係好舊式嘅,係一間好細間嘅舖頭,佢會有個膠牌寫住佢今日有嘅糖水或者涼茶,都好有懷舊嘅氣息㗎!佢有好多唔同嘅懷舊糖水,例如麥米粥,紅豆沙綠豆沙,白果腐竹糖水,同埋桑寄生蛋茶,不過有更加多嘅人會選擇Order自己嘅口味,將唔同嘅糖水Mix埋一齊!今次我哋嗌左紅豆沙Mix麥米粥同埋我最鍾意嘅桑寄生蛋茶,味道依然係好香好綿,而且亦唔會太甜,大家如果有興趣嘅話都可以等疫情好返嗰陣去試吓㗎!P.S 龜苓膏同埋涼茶我都好推薦㗎! continue reading

這家排檔式的糖水舖,存在了多個年頭。三里涼風吹冷月半碗豆沙拌蛋香賣桑寄生、腐竹蛋…等常見糖水,價錢合理;味道亦佳,就這樣,迎來了坊眾。怕刷不完的鍋碗瓢盤;怕排不走的油煙熏味,我放棄了自家操作,來幫襯你。無謂算計你的成本和利潤,只知這十多年來,永康沒有裝潢、擴充、搬進光鮮的商場裡去,這蠅頭小利,叫你疲於奔命;起早貪黑。糖水當然是杠杠的,老街坊的舌尖,哪可不是一般的靈敏度呀!今晚我想吃碗花生麥米粥。份量不大,卻多多花生多多麥米。花生很焾,不用牙齒咬破便已在口中爛透,溢出滿嘴的花生香;麥米一粒粒的很有口感,也帶著少許嚼勁。粥有點甜,而我就像是個剛割了蜜的農民,收穫了糖。舀了幾口粥便吃完,尋思當年通頂為你寫的詩篇及recipe ,蛋糕吃撐了,踢拖喝糖水。西貢太遠,而汽油錢又…今晚我仍然踢拖,月影疏落,麥米粥的味兒真不錯。 continue reading
