來這店的目的當然又是為了奶茶,此店貴為黑白淡奶奶茶大賽的頭二十大,當然都要來一嚐,在來之前也到OR做了點功課,得知眾食友也推薦其煲仔飯,當然也要一試。見其他枱也是點煲仔飯,大大煲的,心想和女友也是分吃為妙,不用點兩煲了,點了此處最多人點的窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,另外加一個聽說是馳名的煎蘿蔔糕,最後當然就是要喝奶茶吧。先來的竟是窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,熱騰騰的煲仔飯,是我在今年開始涼起來的第一煲煲仔飯,牛肉用上如肉絲的牛肉條,面頭加隻生雞蛋就是了,立時撈勻來吃,再拌上一點煲仔飯豉油,豉油味道香甜,加一點點下飯確是不錯,而牛肉可能不是平常吃慣的肉碎吧,咬口雖是多了層次感,但牛肉的香味又好像是大打折扣了,始終還是認為碎牛好一點,而且牛肉的醃味太重,失去了牛肉的原味,另外雞蛋味也是薄得很,薄得好像是沒有下過雞蛋一樣,可能店家這煲飯真的很夠份量,所以一隻雞蛋帶來的香味並不太突出,吃着吃着,當然也要吃飯焦,飯焦只有底部的一點點,不太夠脆口,所以不是太好吃,但說實話,整體來說是很不錯的。由於蘿蔔糕是即煎的,也真的是挺費時,所以比煲仔飯還久才上桌,此煎蘿蔔糕,三十元只有五塊,以此格局的茶記來說是挺貴,吃起來又如何?蘿

見其他枱也是點煲仔飯,大大煲的,心想和女友也是分吃為妙,不用點兩煲了,點了此處最多人點的窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,另外加一個聽說是馳名的煎蘿蔔糕,最後當然就是要喝奶茶吧。

先來的竟是窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,熱騰騰的煲仔飯,是我在今年開始涼起來的第一煲煲仔飯,牛肉用上如肉絲的牛肉條,面頭加隻生雞蛋就是了,立時撈勻來吃,再拌上一點煲仔飯豉油,豉油味道香甜,加一點點下飯確是不錯,而牛肉可能不是平常吃慣的肉碎吧,咬口雖是多了層次感,但牛肉的香味又好像是大打折扣了,始終還是認為碎牛好一點,而且牛肉的醃味太重,失去了牛肉的原味,另外雞蛋味也是薄得很,薄得好像是沒有下過雞蛋一樣,可能店家這煲飯真的很夠份量,所以一隻雞蛋帶來的香味並不太突出,吃着吃着,當然也要吃飯焦,飯焦只有底部的一點點,不太夠脆口,所以不是太好吃,但說實話,整體來說是很不錯的。

由於蘿蔔糕是即煎的,也真的是挺費時,所以比煲仔飯還久才上桌,此煎蘿蔔糕,三十元只有五塊,以此格局的茶記來說是挺貴,吃起來又如何?蘿蔔味足,而且粉下得不算多,糕身鬆鬆軟軟的很好吃,腊味也算足夠,每塊也至少有數塊小小的腊肉及蝦米,加上煎得非常香脆,有點焦香,但個人認為是可以多一點蘿蔔絲的,而且蘿蔔味跟添好運的蘿蔔糕仍是差了一點,是用蘿蔔汁來開粉這關鍵嗎?

最後當然就是熱奶茶,此杯奶茶一端上來的時候,已是嗅到超強的奶香,真的是我試過多間之後,最有茶香的一杯奶茶,而且茶身夠熱夠挺,奶香奶味濃郁,也是我喝過最熱的一杯熱奶茶,熱得喝了一段長的時間,奶脂和奶仍未有分離的跡象,相信店家真的是有預先為黑白淡奶加熱,要不然不會是這麼夠溫度的,所以喝起來味道才會那麼香,但坦然茶味及茶香是可以再進一步,可能是因為奶味過強吧,所以茶味就冇地方企了,似乎店家沖茶之道是偏向軟身,務求不苦不澀,但本人喝茶就是要濃香的茶味,所以對我來說不是完美的一杯茶,但絕對感受到茶師的用心。

雖然食物上對我來說不是完美,但看得出店家是有心做好每樣東西的,希望此等有心的老港茶記能繼續為香港的飲食業發光發熱。

今天又四处找地方吃午饭,找了15分钟,已经走到上环街市附近了,看到这家茶餐厅,远看看到有窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,就给它吸引进去了。时间还早,12:40pm左右不用等。看到出名的都是煲仔飯,就不用想。叫了窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯,小的油菜和一支可乐。等了也有10分钟,煲仔飯终于来到了!卖相很好很吸引,加了点酱油,牛肉的香味都出来了!他的牛肉不是肉酱,也不是一块的,是一粒粒的!加上生蛋,真的好吃!米饭也做得很好,软软的一粒粒,饭香肉也香。他们的小油菜是小白菜用上烫煮熟再在上面加了少许的胡椒粉。味道很香, not bad!$64 一个午饭一点都不便宜,但是很饱很满足。还是等冬天再吃煲仔飯,因为现在还觉得有点热呢!店内部不小,还有楼上,但一到一点钟就很多人了!还是早点吃好!

店内部不小,还有楼上,但一到一点钟就很多人了!还是早点吃好!

等了, 足有15分鍾, 我的煲仔飯來了. 火熱的煲仔, 牛肉像是手切的粒粒分明, 加少許豉油, 再把飯攪勻, 飯有飯香, 牛肉有牛肉香, 而豉油, 亦有佢既豉油香. 雞蛋在攪拌下, 由生蛋變成槳狀的半熟蛋, 滑滑溜溜的, 盡管姐仔們個個貌似, 態度似阿 So, 但係秋風起呢個時段, 食上一個熱辣辣既煲仔飯, 是特別的開心.

是日執筆寫食評, 中午又到開上環同公司買野. 再帶一帶同事仔黎食番個靚飯. 他, 就跟機要個窩蛋牛肉飯, 而我, 就來一個黃鱔飯.

說起黃鱔飯, 我有一個小故事....事由是每次同親阿姨上廣州, 必定去尋找黃鱔飯, 佢食過上次邊間好食, 下次帶人上, 就一定第一站...出火車站, 的士直去. 所以本人對黃鱔飯, 都有少少情有獨鐘.

黃鱔飯, 同炒鱔糊一樣, 是非常味濃的菜式, 用上雙蔥去炒, 飯粒粒生米煲, 濃濃的炒鱔汁再加上去, 焗多一焗. 味道濃烈, 香口, 黃鱔又非常之嫩滑. 就算飽, 也吃得下成煲飯. (今次叫檸茶, 清清油)....

縱使服務態度一般...我還是覺得呢間野值得列入我short list 的....冬天, 再凍一點的話, 食完暖立立...更加是一流. 不過, 沒有套餐, 飲品另計, 就令人感覺貴左少少.

原來食落先知唔係一早整定咁多種煲仔飯, 只係整定咁多煲飯同埋咁多種餸, 有客叫時就好似碟頭飯咁, 淋d餸上面, 搞掂...
但問題來喇, 點解要咁貴呀??? 唔明囉


雖然黃鱔o既味道都還可以, 分量都足夠, 但係無咩汁,
同我媽媽所做o既黃鱔仲係有d距離..
所以個人唔覺得佢值44蚊囉...
32蚊就仲可以.

門口大大隻字叫做40年老字號, 估佢係自置物業喇掛.. 44蚊一個單賣煲仔飯, 仲夠膽死係個餐牌上面話只係賺取微利
... 唔係好信囉.

上openrice睇下d食評, 先知道上年阿so來過, 哦~~~ 唔怪得咁多人喇..

一直都見食評咁勁,終於今日叫同事陪我一齊去試...今次一試,會係我既最後一試呢間舖,以呢個價錢,真係唔抵食,味道普通且份量較少。我地一行四人,叫左以下食物:1. 窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯($38) 係四款食物當中最好既一款,可惜無乜飯焦,可能lunch時間太趕啦, 一拎出黎唔會俾機會你焗一焗已幫你開蓋。2. 豉椒排骨煲飯($38) 有香濃原粒豆豉伴飯,排骨'鞋'到不得了,只能當食豆豉撈飯,當然一樣無飯焦啦...3. 星洲炒米($42) 估唔到size可以細到等同一隻手掌囉,而且變左係濕炒,失望之選!4. 煎蘿蔔糕($32) 本來無打算叫呢樣,見個侍應話好新鮮,咁咪試下囉,估唔到原來得四片, 而且一夾即散,完全唔實在囉,可能改為蒸蘿蔔糕會較適合。

而且一夾即散,完全唔實在囉,可能改為蒸蘿蔔糕會較適合。

其實睇完蘇GOOD之後,已經好想試吓。終於"DICK"起心肝,相約幾個"為食"的同事們星期六放一點的時候,一起到訪。之前已經聽聞永合成經常爆棚,幸好依家係夏天,到達的時候仲有位坐。當然二話不說叫一客窩旦牛肉煲仔飯,一客田雞煲仔飯,香滑奶茶,冰凍鹹柑桔7,醬爆雞翼。不消一會,熱辣辣的煲仔飯送上。噢!當然無失望,我的窩旦牛肉煲仔飯,牛肉絕對無用醃肉粉醃過仍能嫩滑,米飯一粒粒的,另人垂涎欲滴。正!另外,哩到的鹹柑桔係用柑桔頭,零舍有味!醬爆雞翼小小辣,都幾特別。老板娘响寫單的時候,仲好友善咁介紹永合成除咗煲仔飯,佢地d米通都好好食,建議我地下次試吓。

近幾星期飯隱起,非要吃煲仔飯不可,終於為了止隱,往永合成「解渴」去!七月中,有一次午飯吃了窩旦牛飯($38),牛肉新鮮剁碎,舖在飯面上煮,好好味!幾日前,叫了排骨飯吃($38),排骨好新鮮,醃料適中,個芡又唔厚…而每次吃煲仔飯,啲白飯焗得透…粒粒都爽身有o趙頭,加埋佢哋啲豉油「撈飯」bowl:,簡直好味到震:…如果用上亞婆製的頤和園豉油…咁就發大達…哈哈哈!今日又叫了個黃鱔飯吃($44)…可能十一點半啦,還早…啲飯放在麵包爐焗唔耐,有點「淋」身,但啲洋蔥加埋撈好嘅豉油黃鱔一起焗,可以加分!仲有他們的奶茶、O茶都唔錯!試吓啦!順便一提,中午見隔離枱叫了一客旦牛治…啲餡好多…好似好正,下次試吓先!

都是由於so good 效應而一試的一家食店..不要說....當然是一試窩蛋牛肉飯,,,,跟友人及女友一起去...三位也是同樣地試....一入去個短髮阿姐都幾好招呼...坐下也不用多想...!雖然貴,但都要一試....!由於我們去過兩次....但可以說時段真係影響一切....先說第一次去由於是下午荼時間...牛肉味一吃就知是炒過的特別香....飯也很夠香.....的確吃得出焗爐跟明火的分別....由於傳熱的方式不同...用焗爐...能夠整個煲的熱力都可以好好控制...令飯熟得比較平均..相比明火會比較容易控制,,,都是能夠量產的原因.....說回整體...蛋令飯同牛變得香滑....鼓油也不差濃...整體的配合也十分好...再說第二次.....由於是午餐時間....明顯質素不及第一次食...牛肉沒有點炒過...香味也不及....所以時段真係十分重要的要點之一...."炒擋"時還是不要有太好要求吧!

都是由於so good 效應而一試的一家食店..
不要說....當然是一試窩蛋牛肉飯,,,,跟友人及女友一起去...三位也是同樣地試....

由於我們去過兩次....但可以說時段真係影響一切....
先說第一次去由於是下午荼時間...
牛肉味一吃就知是炒過的特別香....飯也很夠香.....的確吃得出焗爐跟明火的分別....
由於傳熱的方式不同...用焗爐...能夠整個煲的熱力都可以好好控制...令飯熟得比較平均..
相比明火會比較容易控制,,,都是能夠量產的原因.....
說回整體...蛋令飯同牛變得香滑....鼓油也不差濃...整體的配合也十分好...
再說第二次.....由於是午餐時間....
明顯質素不及第一次食...牛肉沒有點炒過...香味也不及....
所以時段真係十分重要的要點之一...."炒擋"時還是不要有太好要求吧!

We read about this restaurant in a magazine. Decided to go there on a friday around 4pm. Too early for dinner. Decided to wait until 6pm. Walked back there at around 5:45pm. Decided to go there on a friday around 4pm. Too early for dinner. Decided to wait until 6pm. Walked back there at around 5:45pm. Place was closed.

Gave it another try the next day. Got there at 11am.
Restaurant is located on a quite street. Quiet until you go inside.

[Ambience] 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation family were there. Very very noisy - parent and grandma were talking really really loud. Children playing yo-yo, running around. It is as if we were in someone's home. So if you like a 'family atmosphere' this is the place for you.

[Seating] plenty of tables on 2 floors.

[Cleanliness] The usual condiment and chopsticks on the table. Clean enough.

[Service] Usual HK service - waitress was 'indifferent', bored - seems like did not care if we were there or not. The saying is true 'it flows from the top'.... the owners there were busy talking (did I mentioned they were very loud) amongst themselves. If the owners are indifferent to the customers, then the hired help will also be indifferent. But, it is there restaurant and they can do and act however they please.
But if you are a 'regular', you will be treated very nice - as we observed some 'regulars'. Perhaps the owners already made their money and is doing this for fun and as a way to stay close to family and friends. I think this is a good thing.

[Food] We ordered 2 beef clay pot and the chinese style coffee. The coffee is excellent. But we found the rice in the clay pot to be, less than expected. The rice had not flavor. It was as if you could have used a rice cooker and cooked the rice, put it into the clay pot and then stir fried the meat separately and added to the top of the rice in the pot. Probably my expectations were too high. Many people like this dish. I personally expected a more textured rice, with a hint of crispiness on the bottom, some 'burnt flavor in the rice', with the meat's juices permeating thru the rice. I did not find that in my clay pot. Other restaurants where I had clay pot was cooked the way I like it.

[Will I return] Probably - to give the rice pot another try. I personally like family atmosphere - but that day I had a headache and probably did not appreciate the 'lively family gathering' as much as I normally would have.

其實我覺得落唔落豉油都可以, 因為D牛真係好夠味. 個人喜歡,我就唔鐘意落,因為唔鐘意咁重味. 不過嫌個飯冇乜飯焦
但係我都會好想再食多次呀:]

元旦日和老婆來光顧午餐,人不算多,上層無開,下層幾乎滿座,但都有位。叫了一煲窩蛋牛飯,一煲豉汁排骨飯,每款$38。牛肉唔係免治,而係幼粒,食落有咬口,唔錯。但排骨就好一般。另外,呢度d煲仔飯無乜飯焦,對於愛吃飯焦的我,真係有d失望。之前聽見有人話這裏的大家姐好惡,成日鬧客。今次好彩,大家姐無鬧人,當然,唔好期望佢會好好聲氣啦。

十二月三十日 (星期二)原定今日到citysuper一試魚生飯,但特轉冷,老公仔提議到永合成一吃煲仔飯本來想約兩三位同事同往,豈料反應何其熱烈...最後一共十人呼應,浩浩蕩蕩的前往成功在於嘗試,謝秘書膽粗粗的打去問可否訂臺,是正面的反應,不過要先落單,,.來到,是預期的水洩不通,但我們一到埗就有位,不久便有熱騰騰的煲仔飯送上老公仔試了腊味煲仔飯他不喜歡潤腸,幸好可以轉為腊腸,所以共有四件腊腸,三件腊肉腊味經過飯焗,油份滲入飯內,加上是較硬飯,老公仔對飯的質感讚不絕口至於腊腸就是中上的質素,至少沒有肥膏混入腸內,而腊肉就是肉一半,肥膏一半,老公仔只吃了肉的部份,不過,他說腊肉的肉質有點更,而且欠了應有的味道我就試了招牌窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯對於喜歡吃飯的我,有點失望,因為沒有傳來香噴噴的飯味,牛肉是手刴的,雖不多,但入口鬆軟夠鮮味又夠肉汁一只雞蛋似乎不夠,忘記加雙蛋,混入飯後已失蹤了,整個飯沒有什麼蛋咮,最可惜此店的煲仔飯是焗爐焗的,所以只有少許飯焦,令我有點不夠侯寒冷天氣最好是吃熱騰騰的煲仔飯暧曖肚,再加上這麼多食友一起,不亦樂乎

老公仔試了腊味煲仔飯
他不喜歡潤腸,幸好可以轉為腊腸,所以共有四件腊腸,三件腊肉
腊味經過飯焗,油份滲入飯內,加上是較硬飯,老公仔對飯的質感讚不絕口

至於腊腸就是中上的質素,至少沒有肥膏混入腸內,而腊肉就是肉一半,肥膏一半,老公仔只吃了肉的部份,不過,他說腊肉的肉質有點更,而且欠了應有的味道


我就試了招牌窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯

對於喜歡吃飯的我,有點失望,因為沒有傳來香噴噴的飯味,牛肉是手刴的,雖不多,但入口鬆軟夠鮮味又夠肉汁
一只雞蛋似乎不夠,忘記加雙蛋,混入飯後已失蹤了,整個飯沒有什麼蛋咮,最可惜此店的煲仔飯是焗爐焗的,所以只有少許飯焦,令我有點不夠侯


寒冷天氣最好是吃熱騰騰的煲仔飯暧曖肚,再加上這麼多食友一起,不亦樂乎

Anyway, I've read about 永合成 from a magazine, I also saw the programme when 阿蘇 praised them like no tomorrow. I expected them to be rude and fair to say that I expected the food to be good.

We walked in and I felt like that they were not that bothered. Forget about nice welcoming, you just can't expect that in there. We were told to go upstairs and same again, I was totally lost. We found ourselves some seats and sat down. Simply that service is not something they can offer, you don't have to be genius to work that out. Before we ordered, a waitress-looking rude woman walked pass and told us half of the food on the menu was sold out.

When we wanted to order and we approached the same woman. She thought she must be the queen of the day and said that she wasn't here to take order.
Why was she here shouting to everyone then?

Anyway, I was so hungry and just wanted to eat and go. Please leave me alone and bring me the food....waited.....waited.... waited....waited...... 2 of my colleagues had the order and almost finished eating. I was still waiting......

I had the 'famous' 窩蛋牛飯 and my other colleague had 煎蛋牛肉飯. Our orders were the last to come and his fried egg was missing.
We chased them and again they weren't really bothered. Not sure why they worked there if they were so unhappy, just go home and be the housewife!!

Back to the food, honestly, I had better 煲仔飯 before, it's not all that. Just tasted the usual 煲仔飯. The mince was fresh, it tasted good. It wasn't too dry but it didn't taste 蘇'good' that I was expected.

It costs $38, no drink, no soup, no service.... I would suggest people to try but not to expect the food would be amazing, because it is not.

Oh.. no photos this time, I waited too long and I was too hungry to take the damn photo. It looks exactly the same as the one in the other reviews.
