以前細個喺銅鑼灣讀書,所以好耐之前已經去呢度食,因為係窮人恩物😂,仲睇住佢由巷仔開始做起嘅大排檔,跟住入埋舖。事隔咁多年,坦白講佢嘅水準依然,尤其係佢嘅豬紅、蘿蔔同埋墨魚頭,呢三款餸對我嚟講簡直係絕配!豬紅永遠都係咁滑,其實已經好少車仔麵檔能夠做得到,嗰種口感,喺第二度真係食唔到,就算其他喺銅鑼灣出名嘅車仔店,根本都比唔上佢。蘿蔔一定煮到好腍好入味同埋冇根。墨魚頭亦都好少舖頭有得食,唔知係咪因為繁複嘅工序。 continue reading

每次出去銅鑼灣解決午餐,必選榮記。默默經營了那麼多年,只此一家,絕對是本地人公認車仔麵界的一匹黑馬。自家秘製的腩汁湯底,十分濃郁惹味,單喝這口湯就覺得排隊也值得。粉麵和配料的選擇眾多,個人最愛雞翼尖。經過腌製後用滷水燜到軟腍滑,入口濃郁的滷水味,一口即可脱骨,每一次必點一份。另外蘿蔔豬紅也是必需有的配菜,蘿蔔沒渣豬紅嫩口,兩個加入湯底裏面非常入味,口感一絕。重點一提,必需搭配上它家的靈魂辣椒油,簡直和它的湯底完美結合,愛辣的朋友吃過也讚不絕口。在這種小店進餐 雖然有最低消費但它並沒收取加1服務費,所以對他的服務要求相對會降低,反倒更加專注在食物上面的品質,若果對環境和服務有要求的朋友,個人並不建議前往。 continue reading

榮記粉麵,一間所謂好多人話好食嘅麵店,男店員態度差到不得了,最後親眼見到客人放低錢唔食走人,都唔明點解仲要幫襯啲咁樣嘅垃圾店,所以唔好話人哋,依家點解咁多人唔想幫襯香港嘅食肆,價錢又唔係平,態度又差到不得了,一路食一路周身唔安樂,環境已經唔係舒適,坐呢度又唔得坐嗰度又要俾人話,仲要睇佢哋面色,其實真係唔需要喺度幫襯,呢啲垃圾店應該慢慢被淘汰。一間食物店除咗食物質素要好之外,亦都希望客人食完之後開開心心出門口,呢一間店終於可以做到食完之後永遠都記得呢一間垃圾店以後唔好再嚟。 continue reading
