今日去左間企理乾淨嘅車仔麵店食個晚飯,永年都有好幾間分店,今日就喺附近,去左逸東酒店地下嘅永年食車仔麵。 唔知係咪因為旅遊區,有個打卡位重現下以前嘅車仔麵檔,懷舊感十足。餐廳可以先坐低,用qrcode落單,再出櫃台或者網上付款,跟號碼取餐。車仔麵嘅餸都好多款式。我就叫左 豬腸 蘿蔔 豬手 韮菜餃 粗麵扣底 微咖哩辣粗麵扣底後都仲有唔少,麵質正常如果想硬d淋d都可以喺落單時候揀埋,幾方便。豬腸 炆得夠諗夠入味,處理得都乾淨,食落有咬口都唔會有羶味。落單仲見到有瘦腸同肥腸可以揀蘿蔔 份量多,超級入味,咬落成口湯汁,味道好清甜。蘿蔔咬落都唔會有渣,好食!豬手 同樣炆得夠諗,有肉嘅地方唔會好難咬出黎,豬皮,筋,肉都食得到,味道唔錯!韮菜餃 兩大隻,韮菜肉饀用醬油調味韮菜切得細,香氣十足。皮薄饀靚!飲品叫左一枝樽仔奶茶樽仔奶茶預先都會落左糖,永年嘅糖份量預得唔錯。一啖飲落茶味香濃,伴隨住淡奶嘅香滑。少少嘅甜味每茶味天出,唔會得死甜。如果想食店面乾淨,坐得舒服嘅港式車仔麵,可以到永年一試。食完要記得自己整理好擺返托盤~ continue reading

今日出黎尖沙咀,決定夜晚一齊食個豐盛大餐!呢間永年喺逸東酒店地下,自成一角,仲有個車仔麵檔打卡corner,仲有送明信片,幾盞鬼😂背景仲播住經典廣東歌,環境氣氛幾好~1️⃣自選三餸菜底($48 )微咖哩辣 、三餸(魷魚 (+$2)、墨魚蝦卷(+$6)、麻辣豬耳(+$6))另外加餸(牛柏葉(+$13) )菜底係菜芯,比較輕盈,嗌餸Heavy啲都無問題!墨魚蝦卷墨魚味較突出,豬耳嘅麻辣味好香,魷魚就不過不失,牛柏葉都好爽,撈埋咖喱汁更正2️⃣牛筋腩蝦籽撈麵($66)撈粗麵、微咖哩辣汁加豬腸汁 加餸(瘦豬腸(+$11) 、流心蛋(+$11))最鍾意食撈麵,唔落湯先,蝦籽嘅鹹香味好出,加咗湯又有另一番風味,會有種藥膳香滲出嚟,跟麵嘅牛筋腩份量都多,而且真係幾正,牛腩比望落更軟稔香口,牛味好夠,而牛筋係入口即溶果種,膠質較強個人都幾鍾意食豬腸,呢款腸洗得乾淨,又唔會韌,都好正流心蛋就熟咗少少~不過都好香口加配樽仔奶茶(+$17) 呢款係永年自家製奶茶,無冰溝淡茶味,甜香味更突出!另外加配紅豆奶茶冰(+$15) 經典港式飲品,無得輸!3️⃣小食鹵水雞翼($30) 呢個價錢有五隻雞翼,簡直係抵到爛!而且雞翼一啲都唔欺場,滷水醃得好入味,配麵食非常夾4️⃣淨酸齋($24) 依家唔多車仔麵店會有酸齋食,果種酸香味勾起無限回憶,又為成個麵餐注入不同嘅味道最重要係埋單二人只係$249,實在太抵食! continue reading
