To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十幾年前喺元朗本店食開,當時仲係舊舖未裝修,估唔到依家開到咁多分店,仲將街頭風味升級,除咗車仔麵,仲有一串串小食,好似以前喺街邊食串串一樣,成個 vibe 返晒嚟! 蘿蔔一咬落去,湯汁滲出嚟,特別清甜,帶淡淡香氣,炆到夠晒入味,好難唔令人懷疑係咪有咩獨門秘技! - 咖喱魚蛋夠彈牙,咖喱汁掛得勻,每粒都入晒味。 - 牛筋燜到啱啱好,入口即化,滿滿膠質感。 - 大腸滷得夠淋,完全無腥味,仲帶少少甘香。 - 豬滑溜得嚟唔會粉粉地,輕輕一咬滲出滷水香氣,食完超滿足。- 豬吸晒湯汁,入口即化,仲帶微微膠質感,完全唔覺自己食緊啲罪惡嘢。- 魷魚爽口彈牙,食落有嚼勁,每條都掛晒滷汁,越咬越香!佢哋最近推出咗一串串小食,好似以前街邊食嗰啲串燒,雞腎、雞皮、魷魚鬚、豬紅都有,全部滷得夠入味,啱晒一班朋友一人一串邊食邊吹水! 鮮油多比起一般茶餐廳貴少少,但真係食落去就知點解值!牛油切得特別厚,夠香濃,每啖都充滿牛油香氣,最重要係——夠!凍!一咬落去,凍冰冰嘅牛油慢慢溶開,配埋烘得微脆嘅多士,簡直係邪惡之最! 呢度嘅樽仔奶茶都好出色,夠凍之餘,茶底帶微微熟普洱香氣,奶滑而不膩,完全唔係平時嗰啲沖得太淡或者太甜嘅奶茶,而係真材實料沖出嚟

😀超開心永年士多開咗嚟佐敦,之前試過專登入元朗食,對於九龍人嚟講真係有啲遠。佐敦呢間環境感覺乾淨光線充足,人流唔會太多,唔使排長龍真係太好啦!由於呢期減緊肥,所以今日叫咗個菜芯底,呢度有菜底嘅選項,啱晒想戒澱粉嘅朋友。叫咗招牌咖哩汁,果然依舊出色,中辣又香又濃,邊個話減肥唔可以食辣㗎?🤪嘢。墨魚蝦卷食落口感彈牙,有墨魚味,唔會有種粉感。蘿蔔食得車仔麵,必點就梗係蘿蔔啦!呢度嘅蘿蔔炆得好腍,浸住啲湯勁入味,而且十分清甜。紫菜最愛叫紫菜,放喺湯入面浸軟,又係吸汁之選。朋友叫咗油麵,佢話好正,軟硬適中,柔滑掛湯。佢話極推薦呢度嘅豬手,炆得好腍好入味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻牛筋佢share咗俾我食,我個人好中意軟腍嘅牛筋,呢個真係啱哂我口味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻冬菇口感厚實,炆得入味,有做足功夫。小食鹵水虎皮鳳爪呢個期間限定小食,真係最好食嘅鳳爪,外皮經過炸香,然後再炆到軟化,每隻都好大隻,決定下次點2碟,因為越食越好味🤣滷水雞翼問世間邊個可以抗拒雞翼嘅魅力?呢個滷水汁雞翼又係必點!😍入味到連骨都入哂味,啲肉又唔會柴👍🏻抹茶紅豆冰好有日式抹茶mix港式紅豆冰嘅味道👅

喺逸東酒店嘅永年士多分店裝修好有特色加入咗好多本地嘅元素入邊仲有好多裝置嘅擺設,可以俾人打卡自選麵嗰份真係幾豪氣 🥢揀咗米粉配微辣咖喱,米粉軟熟但唔會爛,啲咖喱香而唔會太濃郁。牛腩牛根煮得入味又軟腍,一啖咬落去即刻溶喺口裡面。墨魚蝦卷外入面蝦滑彈牙,真係好惹味!至尊麵就更加豐富啦 🥘油麵彈牙爽滑,啲小辣咖喱香濃得啱啱好。豬手油香軟腍,豬腸同豬皮個口感一流,魚蛋彈彈地,雞翼入味多汁。最正係啲蘿蔔吸晒啲湯汁,好開胃!韮菜花炒豬紅係我嘅心水之選 🥬豬紅新鮮冇羶味,啲韮菜花爽口清香,配埋啲蒜蓉炒到香噴噴,簡單但係好正!蠔油菜心清甜爽口 🥗菜心嫩綠清脆,蠔油調味啱啱好,唔會蓋過菜嘅本味。辣串Combo就啲辣味勁咖 🌶️豬腸、牛柏葉、魚蛋,魷魚逐樣都入味,辣得過癮!奶茶同涼粉就係標準嘅解渴之選 🥤樽裝奶茶香濃夠滑,甜度適中。涼粉冰就清甜解膩,好解辣!份量同價錢都幾抵食,最重要係啲嘢食份量夠,味道又好食,餐廳乾淨企理。
