今日好開心同屋企人去咗永年士多嘅車仔麵食高質素食物,因為香港而家有好多唔同嘅車仔麵,但係呢一間絕對不同,因為價錢經濟實惠,而且食物種類比較多,配菜非常多,有雞翼雞翼尖豬紅蘿蔔豬皮紅腸,應有盡有,所以真係適合唔同年紀嘅朋友呀,而且佢有好多招牌必叫嘅組合,仲有兒童餐入面有雞翼,公園 ,墨魚丸,芝士腸,都好啱小朋友食,大人仲可以揀自選三餸,包括有唔同程度嘅辣醬,有唔同嘅面類揀,我最鍾意食佢哋嘅河粉,因為非常爽脆彈牙,仲有米粉米線都有㗎,而且佢哋嘅湯底都好濃郁,仲有如果鍾意食辣嘅朋友一定要叫辣啊,因為佢哋嘅咖喱味都好香,豬皮非常爽口彈牙,魚皮餃都好好食,而且牛丸係手打牛丸,仲有陳皮魚蛋,真係好好食呀,所以我睇得出呢個廚師好有心機,而且仲可以叫何油彩衫配埋凍檸茶,大大杯,真係又香又好飲

今天同朋友去佐敦親友屋企打麻雀,到食晚飯時就係附近搵吓嘢食,我朋友喜歡食車仔麵,親友就介紹附近有間好食嘅車仔麵餐廳,這間餐廳叫永年士多,位於佐敦彌敦道380號香港逸東酒店地下1號舖,港鐵佐敦站B1出口,行幾分鐘就到,非常方便。這間餐廳嘅車仔麵我朋友話係銅鑼灣都食過,佢話非常好味好食。餐廳個招牌都很顯眼,令人一眼就見到,餐廳內環境非常寬敞,裝修好靚又新淨,亦有好多打卡嘅位置,好適合客人嚟打卡,枱凳都好闊落,令人坐得舒服,店員有禮貌,服務態度好,來這裏食都不錯。餐牌上主打食品係車仔麵,其他有小食、蔬菜、多士和飲品,亦有特惠的經典麵食,加少少錢就有埋小食同飲品,價錢真係好抵,仲有十二款嘅車仔麵選擇,每款車仔麵喺主牌上嘅賣相好吸引,睇到就想叫來食,我哋都選咗一陣就叫咗高佬發辦和至尊面,因為唔貴價仲叫埋車仔小食嘅生菜魚肉,亦叫埋飲品熱柚子蜜。首先來高佬發辦,份量不少,有豬腸、豬紅、豬皮、雞翼、冬菇、豆卜、菜心,我選了粗麵,滷水湯底香濃,豬腸洗得乾淨, 顏色夠深,夠晒爽口入味,豬紅厚實多汁,豬皮好淋好味道,雞翼又大隻厚肉,淋身好好味,冬菇、豆卜、菜心都全吸入湯,食落好有香味,粗麵口感爽滑彈牙,真係

首先來高佬發辦,份量不少,有豬腸、豬紅、豬皮、雞翼、冬菇、豆卜、菜心,我選了粗麵,滷水湯底香濃,豬腸洗得乾淨, 顏色夠深,夠晒爽口入味,豬紅厚實多汁,豬皮好淋好味道,雞翼又大隻厚肉,淋身好好味,冬菇、豆卜、菜心都全吸入湯,食落好有香味,粗麵口感爽滑彈牙,真係好正嘅車仔麵,而朋友叫嘅至尊面有豬手、雞翼、魚蛋、豬腸、豬紅、豬皮、白蘿蔔、菜心,份量亦不少,真係令你食到飽,朋友加咗小嫩同選咗幼麵,佢好鍾意車仔麵嘅滷水湯底,濃郁小嫩,配料中豬手最出色,肉質軟淋及入味,陣陣南乳香,魚蛋軟滑彈牙,白蘿蔔好清甜不錯,連埋幼麵夠彈牙好配搭來食。

小食嘅生菜魚肉,魚肉好彈牙大大粒有驚喜,有好多新鮮生菜,放落麵一齊食好正,車仔麵同熱柚子蜜好配,完全話有無口乾口渴。最後我哋叫紅豆冰做甜品,開頭我都以為會太甜,但完全唔係,甜度啱啱好,朋友飲一杯懷舊紅豆冰,大大粒紅豆,軟綿綿,好香甜,與淡奶一齊拌勻,口感幼滑,細膩可口,我就飲抹茶紅豆冰,真係好似日本嗰種抹茶味,飲完超滿足。

這間好味道嘅車仔麵餐廳好值得推薦俾大家,食物質素高,價錢又唔貴,好食又抵食,我哋下次一定再嚟食。
