To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喜歡吃車仔麵的我一定唔會錯過這間超出名的車仔麵店,原來在奧海城2期開了新店,最近去奧海城行街,順便去試試。原來餐廳開在美食廣場內的檔位,對正入口,雖然地方很大,有很多店鋪,但永年士多自成一角,有專屬永年位置,超方便搵位。客人用自己手機點餐和付款後,再等號數拿餐,拿餐後自己搵位坐,客人可以根據自己的口味選擇不同的配料。我們分別點了兩份自選餸麵豬皮份量好多,吸收了湯底腩汁,口感入味爽口。豬腸內沒有厚厚脂肪,處理得非常乾淨,沒有那豬騷味,食落口感腍滑軟身。豬紅亦值得推介,豬紅唔太鹹無血腥味,外爽內腍超入味,好食。豬腸、豬紅真係食車仔麵先會食到,雖然邪惡,但真係好味。牛筋煮得軟糯有口感,嚼勁十足,又富骨膠原,相當滋味。再試埋個酸齋,酸齊比較特別,煮得入味,口感軟綿,濕潤多汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃,唔係間間車仔麵都有呢款餸叫。油麵做得非常出色,份量多,面條彈牙有咬口,沒有煮過火,煮至軟硬適中,入口依然有口感。每一口車仔麵都充滿了濃郁的鮮味,湯底通常是經過長時間熬煮,味道醇厚,配上彈牙的麵條,使人食到停不了。總結:車仔麵無論是作為宵夜還是正餐,都能帶來一種滿足感。無論你是本地人還是遊客,嘗試一碗車仔麵絕對是不容錯過的美食體驗。

今天我第一次來到 visit,點了一碗辣湯配上闊麵,搭配鱿鱼、豬皮和魚皮餃,總共只需 $50,性價比相當高。辣湯這碗辣湯的湯底非常好味,辣味適中,讓人感受到一絲微微的麻辣。湯裡的香料味道突出,讓整碗湯都充滿了層次感,絕對是寒冷天氣的絕佳選擇。闊麵闊麵的口感滑順,吸收了湯底的精華,每一口都令人滿足。麵條彈牙,與湯的搭配非常和諧,不會過於油膩。鱿鱼鱿鱼新鮮且彈牙,煮的剛剛好,不會過韌。與湯底的辣味相輔相成,讓人忍不住多吃幾口。 豬皮豬皮非常入味,口感滑潤,與湯的搭配增添了豐富的口感層次,讓整碗湯的滋味更加豐富。魚皮餃魚皮餃的外皮薄脆,內餡鮮美,令人驚喜。配上辣湯,香氣與湯的辣味完美結合,讓人停不下來。總結總的來說,Bb 辣湯的這一餐令人十分滿意,無論是食材的鮮度還是湯底的調味,都讓我感受到廚師的用心。以 $50 的價格,能享受到如此多樣和美味的食物,絕對值得一試!下次我還會再來,期待更多的驚喜!

之前經常路過見到好多地方都有分店,今日嚟試下😎😎牛筋腩撈麵🍜🍜嗰麵爽滑彈牙,份量超足。牛筋煮嘚火候十足軟腍程度啱啱好,咬落有韌勁又唔會太費牙力。牛腩補分更係精華所在,肥瘦比例完美入口即化,每一啖都令人幸福感爆棚。超足料大碗麵🦑🦑真係巨多料大碗麵!!嗰碗捧上手沉甸甸,裡面有豬腸/豬紅/魚蛋/豬皮/雞中翅/雞翅尖/蘿蔔/魷魚/紅腸,一筷子麵夾起身總會帶住唔同嘅料,肉中有麵,麵中有肉。墨魚丸紫菜湯🐠🐠簡簡單單嘅湯都令人驚喜,湯底清甜,墨魚丸彈性十足,咬落去會"卜卜"聲,而且墨魚味濃郁睇嘚出真材實料。紫菜嘅加入,微微嘅海鮮味襯托出墨魚丸嘅鮮美,好解膩。

其實呢間永年士多,聽就聽得多啦,但係就遲遲都未入過去食今次食過之後,真係有啲後悔自己做咩唔早啲去食呀,原來係咁撚好食㗎😍😋叫左個豬大腸牛腩炸魚皮河粉豬大腸真係要讚一下,入面清理得好乾淨之餘仲有得比客人揀瘦或是肥嘅大腸😚真係啱晒一啲想減肥嘅女仔去食之餘,減低自己嘅罪惡感啊😚😚個牛腩好入味之餘,仲要炆得好腍呀,勁好食呀個牛腩!個炸魚皮真係唔讚唔得,我真係未食過一個炸魚皮係咁好食㗎😱真係令我有種念念不忘嘅感覺,唔知有冇得單買返屋企嘅呢,最衰嗰日又唔記得問吓🙂↔️總括而言,呢間真係一間好好食嘅車仔麵,下次會再試吓其他嘅餸,再分享🙂↕️

附近無其他車仔面選擇,自少好車仔面嘅我,當初知道佢係屋企附近開店,初心是頗興奮嘅。初顧永年係weekend晚上八點到,見佢有手機落單,就自己落咗單比埋錢,係舖頭門口耐心等待。如是者見佢無人整麵,但不停哋執嘢,倒車仔餸。一路清,一路吹。連廚房個位都走埋出嚟一臉攸閒地吹水。點解有單未做,就咁快執嘢倒餸嘅? 商場收十點, food court last order都應該要9:30。咁快執嘢諗住等到收工。等咗十分鐘都見佢自顧自倒餸、清潔,就埋佢問佢啦。佢竟然不滿地話佢無單未清,我提佢係手機落單比錢。佢先突然驚醒夢中人,走去單機搵返我張單。繼續慢條斯理地一路傾一路整,至上餐時仍然一句唔好意思都無。食物質素麻麻,到晚市豬皮都係硬嘅,全部餸都係同一個味,就算鹵水嘢都無鹵水味,咖喱亦無咖喱味。二顧永年晚上八點前到。今次無開始清場倒餸,但係繼續黑口黑面,鬧客。有客埋嚟話佢碗麵係清湯,比佢哋落咗麻辣汁食唔到,叫佢哋比碗清湯溝稀佢。佢無道歉不特只,仲鬧返個客,話都唔知係咪真係有幫襯嘅,然後見個客繼續企係度先拎碗湯比佢。到我自己個碗,竟然都係一樣。手機落單嘅咖喱汁變咗麻辣湯。為免再被漏單就叫收銀落單,收銀一嘢片埋嚟唔肯,仲叫我用手機比埋錢,唔好煩佢。之後再有客人要求佢哋落單,佢哋猛話只可手機落。以前開咗咁耐都可人手落單,而家竟然拒絕仲話返個客轉頭。咁個收銀企係銀機做咩呢?全職鬧客?三顧係平日中午前時間,我唔想同佢嘈,自己手機落單算,落單時同佢講要食瘦豬腸,叫佢幫手提醒。差不多八十蚊碗車仔麵,終於豬腸完全係肚滿腸肥,肥膏多到漏出嚟。加上明顯開舖時都未煮夠時間,係咬唔開嘅。魚蛋同紅腸明顯係冰箱直出,完全未解凍。滿滿雪味不特止,中間位仲要唔熱嘅。紅腸成舊腸尾唔切開,連尾個節位都無切走。成舊腸完全咬唔開。魷魚我估佢係同魚蛋同紅腸一齊淥,所以嚴重overcook, 所以都係韌到咬唔開。終於成碗麵,真心放得落肚嘅只係公仔麵。但話晒成八十蚊碗加上決心唔再幫襯,我都勉強食晒佢。三顧後回顧,舖位開得咁靚,對正入口,仲有自家用餐區。老細應該比咗好多錢租呢個位。而人手充裕都難以想像,基本上淨櫃位未計廚房手都有四五個人,企滿晒個counter。成個food court佢哋最多人招呼客人。老細原意應該想分工細緻啲、出餐質量好啲,快手啲。點知花咁多資源,造就出嚟嘅係員工掛住傾計,唔專心,手機落單應可減少出錯,但都永遠有嘢錯,出餐慢,出錯嘢仲鬧客。我本人應該永不回頭幫襯啦、寧願行遠啲去大角嘴大把選擇,又平又高質
