我們分別點了兩份自選餸麵

豬皮份量好多,吸收了湯底腩汁,口感入味爽口。

豬腸內沒有厚厚脂肪,處理得非常乾淨,沒有那豬騷味,食落口感腍滑軟身。

豬紅亦值得推介,豬紅唔太鹹無血腥味,外爽內腍超入味,好食。

豬腸、豬紅真係食車仔麵先會食到,雖然邪惡,但真係好味。

牛筋煮得軟糯有口感,嚼勁十足,又富骨膠原,相當滋味。

再試埋個酸齋,酸齊比較特別,煮得入味,口感軟綿,濕潤多汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃,唔係間間車仔麵都有呢款餸叫。

油麵做得非常出色,份量多,面條彈牙有咬口,沒有煮過火,煮至軟硬適中,入口依然有口感。每一口車仔麵都充滿了濃郁的鮮味,湯底通常是經過長時間熬煮,味道醇厚,配上彈牙的麵條,使人食到停不了。

總結:車仔麵無論是作為宵夜還是正餐,都能帶來一種滿足感。無論你是本地人還是遊客,嘗試一碗車仔麵絕對是不容錯過的美食體驗。

有客埋嚟話佢碗麵係清湯,比佢哋落咗麻辣汁食唔到,叫佢哋比碗清湯溝稀佢。佢無道歉不特只,仲鬧返個客,話都唔知係咪真係有幫襯嘅,然後見個客繼續企係度先拎碗湯比佢。


到我自己個碗,竟然都係一樣。手機落單嘅咖喱汁變咗麻辣湯。為免再被漏單就叫收銀落單,收銀一嘢片埋嚟唔肯,仲叫我用手機比埋錢,唔好煩佢。


之後再有客人要求佢哋落單,佢哋猛話只可手機落。以前開咗咁耐都可人手落單,而家竟然拒絕仲話返個客轉頭。咁個收銀企係銀機做咩呢?全職鬧客?


三顧係平日中午前時間,我唔想同佢嘈,自己手機落單算,落單時同佢講要食瘦豬腸,叫佢幫手提醒。


差不多八十蚊碗車仔麵,終於豬腸完全係肚滿腸肥,肥膏多到漏出嚟。加上明顯開舖時都未煮夠時間,係咬唔開嘅。


魚蛋同紅腸明顯係冰箱直出,完全未解凍。滿滿雪味不特止,中間位仲要唔熱嘅。


紅腸成舊腸尾唔切開,連尾個節位都無切走。成舊腸完全咬唔開。


魷魚我估佢係同魚蛋同紅腸一齊淥,所以嚴重overcook, 所以都係韌到咬唔開。

終於成碗麵,真心放得落肚嘅只係公仔麵。但話晒成八十蚊碗加上決心唔再幫襯,我都勉強食晒佢。


三顧後回顧,舖位開得咁靚,對正入口,仲有自家用餐區。老細應該比咗好多錢租呢個位。


而人手充裕都難以想像,基本上淨櫃位未計廚房手都有四五個人,企滿晒個counter。成個food court佢哋最多人招呼客人。


老細原意應該想分工細緻啲、出餐質量好啲,快手啲。


點知花咁多資源,造就出嚟嘅係員工掛住傾計,唔專心,手機落單應可減少出錯,但都永遠有嘢錯,出餐慢,出錯嘢仲鬧客。


我本人應該永不回頭幫襯啦、寧願行遠啲去大角嘴大把選擇,又平又高質

以前喺元朗食過,已經覺得名氣大,但味道不外如是。當日想食車仔麵,睇到奧海城竟然有,即刻試下事隔多年味道有無改進。晚上八點幾,好多簡單嘅款式已經無得揀,揀左個大碗麵。買完之後又話我聽無晒豬紅,可以換豆卜或者菜肉餃一粒😖已經好失望,每次食車仔麵最想試豬紅係點。湯底我明明揀中辣咖喱,但食落似大辣辣醬,我見已經食左就算喇😮‍💨😮‍💨水魷魚好硬,好耐未喺香港食過水準咁差嘅。陳皮魚蛋唔知點解都可以比街邊腥。大腸都煮得唔夠軟腍,好似食超彈嘅香口膠咁。菜肉餃不如超市急凍的。蘿蔔可能唔當造,帶苦。最正常可能係條菜心同埋豬皮。普通屋村嘅車仔麵都無咁求其同難食,唔信嘅話買碗細嘅試下就好了。

永年士多不嬲都好出名,終於喺呢度開咗一間分店大碗麵大件夾抵食,叫咗一碗真係好重秤一個人其實都食唔晒可以同人哋開心share 😂😂一碗十個餸肥腸、魚蛋、蘿蔔、豬紅、豬皮勁入味丫 ☺️☺️☺️永年嘅湯底藥材味勁香,大量老雞、豬筒骨、雞腳等十多種藥材,每日細火慢熬三小時用料十足,用心製作再加上靈魂咖喱辣醬,真係冇得頂嘢飲就叫咗菠蘿冰,非常之有香港特色嘅飲品店員服務非常體貼,真的一讚 得閒我都會再去食返碗丫
