晚上肚餓是時候吃晚餐,經過舊大街街角的時候看到一間榮式燒雞扒餐廳,久仰大名想知道他的雞扒是不是真的擔當得起他的招牌就即管試一試他的招牌雞扒飯。店家推介的正是雞扒拼滷水豆腐飯,兩者形成一個非常好的組合,互相輝映,配上飯上提供的蔥油,好比多重的衝擊着我的味蕾。另外叫了一個小食雞翼,亦是非常美味,皮脆餡香,唯一的缺點就是可能買了太久,感覺並不太熱。總括來說,他的味道是非常值得一讚,雖然油膩了一點,但蔥油配白飯永遠都是所向無敵的。

我去過幾次香港仔食雞扒感覺一次比一次差年輕男員工掛住講電話仲要大大聲粗口橫飛,幫我落單落錯明明要2塊雞變左得1塊叫佢跟進改單又話已經落單不比改仲要同其他員工講唔可以改單。碟野到左塊雞唔熟又凍叫佢換扮聽唔到問佢邊個話事佢就話同佢講得嫁啦。廚房男員工又走出樓面大嘈又講粗口。大致同樓面員工講落左單可以再加野咩。罷明講緊我。(得2台客)前幾日email 投訴去公司 點知幾日都沒有回覆。連餐廳老闆都唔放客投訴係眼裡理都唔理d員工態度又點會好。決定以後都唔會再去垃圾粗口餐廳

我叫了一個雞藕天成飯,加一杯荔枝梳打。

港島人對榮式雞扒相信應該唔會陌生,但作為九龍人,第一次食嘅時候仍然會覺得驚為天人。雞扒當然係榮式嘅王牌,自己其實好少選擇雞/雞扒飯,因為只要餐廳稍為失手,雞肉就會變得乾爭爭,白白浪費咗個主菜。眼見只係普通茶記,當然擔心水準,但既然識食同事大力推介,所以都試咗。既然唔放心,就當然揀兩個主菜㗎啦,所以揀咗藕餅,因為都比較少喺街食到(當然可能只係因為我大鄉里)。結果上菜嘅時候,一見到塊雞扒就知道唔會令人失望,肉質非常之鮮嫩,而且非常juicy,而藕餅亦都爽脆,配合薑蔥,整體味道非常有驚喜。影相當日就叫咗跟飯,及後再幫襯嘅時候就嘗試過出前一丁,坦白講以咁普材料計,味道真係算中上,但其實價格亦都比一般茶餐廳高,坐得又唔係好舒服,所以之後都少去咗。而且諗深一層,其實調味都幾重手,而且多數都係煎炸食物,要確保自己有足夠quota / 運動先至好食。

雞扒當然係榮式嘅王牌,自己其實好少選擇雞/雞扒飯,因為只要餐廳稍為失手,雞肉就會變得乾爭爭,白白浪費咗個主菜。眼見只係普通茶記,當然擔心水準,但既然識食同事大力推介,所以都試咗。

既然唔放心,就當然揀兩個主菜㗎啦,所以揀咗藕餅,因為都比較少喺街食到(當然可能只係因為我大鄉里)。

結果上菜嘅時候,一見到塊雞扒就知道唔會令人失望,肉質非常之鮮嫩,而且非常juicy,而藕餅亦都爽脆,配合薑蔥,整體味道非常有驚喜。

影相當日就叫咗跟飯,及後再幫襯嘅時候就嘗試過出前一丁,坦白講以咁普材料計,味道真係算中上,但其實價格亦都比一般茶餐廳高,坐得又唔係好舒服,所以之後都少去咗。

而且諗深一層,其實調味都幾重手,而且多數都係煎炸食物,要確保自己有足夠quota / 運動先至好食。
