由於要幫忙搬屋嘅關係，路經此地。亦因爲朋友遲到，所以搵咗呢間coffee shop 歇腳。餐廳環境寧靜，如果喺度休息下絕對係個好選擇，不過呢度只有高櫈，未必個個都like。叫咗杯Macchiato，另外附送開心果餅乾，幾好味。

放工約朋友喺西營盤食飯，地鐵一出黎就見到Winstons Coffee。雖然細細間唔起眼，夜晚既時候就係得啲蠟燭同暗暗地既燈光，幾有Feel。我見咁暗，就問老闆係咪open，佢好友善咁話Yes，仲好熱情咁問我想飲咩，要Strong Coffee or with milk。我決定左要杯簡單既Latte。佢特登加左啲朱古力粉喺面，拉花出黎好靚，而且好厚，入口好超滑。另外佢仲附送左塊小餅乾送咖啡，塊餅乾好香nuts味，配咖啡一流。

Winstons位於西營盤站A1出口旁邊，一出站便被它黑白型格門面吸引。店子小小呈長窄小巷型，平日客人多數take away，週日有不少外國人擠在小店裡看看書，談談天。點了Short black（espresso), 每杯咖啡均附上一塊Biscotti義式脆餅。single espresso酸度剛好，有香濃的烘焙果實香味。伴碟的 biscotti也不馬虎，這種經兩次烘烤的餅乾偏乾脆、堅硬，這裡的是開心果仁和杏仁口味，沾咖啡吃一流apricot cake也不錯，甜度剛好，蛋糕體鬆軟不太乾，略嫌撻皮不夠香脆。整體來說所有方面都不錯，週日小店氣氛也很好，會再來試試其他咖啡

I have been to many different boutique cafés and chain coffee shops in Hong Kong, and Winston's Coffee is by far the best. I usually get a latté and a bacon and egg bap (if they have them), and I am always satisfied. Their espresso is rich and well-brewed, their cappuccinos are nicely balanced, and their coffee is far better than your average HK cafe's.The space is a bit small, but quite nice. In terms of Hong Kong's burgeoning coffee shop environment this is consistently one of he best. The coffees are always spot on. Spot on. There is a cool vibe in here. No busting house music to damage the atmosphere. Some great sandwiches and sweets. The free biscotti is a real differentiator against rivals. Then on an evening the lights go down and the cocktails come out. Their espresso martini is en par with that of some of the finest cocktail bars in the SAR. Can be busy on weekends.

The avocado sandwich and mocca exceeded my expectations, they turned out to be delicious. I will come back again for sure. The place is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The employers were very friendly.Overall, great coffee, bread, ingredients and service.

同事（我一向稱呼她為麵包大師的歸國女子）推薦的咖啡店， 原來我已好幾次經過， 但一直覺得太似酒吧同好似opera 佈景，也以為是好深好苦的咖啡。 今次一如以往飲flat white , very nice ， 是我我喜歡的味道， 有甘， 有焙的味道，奶也超級滑。 It is real flat white . 果然如open rice 介紹的澳洲菜， 正如flat white 是澳洲獨有的， 香港也不是每間咖啡店沖到好的flar white。 附送的曲奇也好好食。 有堅果， 比soft cake 硬少少， 有牛油味不太肥。

Sai ying pun is slowly becoming home of some of the cosiest cafes in town. The cafe is right next to a sai ying pun exit. While it is small in size, they offer a good selection of coffees. With a group of Australian baristas, this place makes you think you're in Australia. As for the food, there are not many choices. I ordered an avocado pesto salad, which went well with the coffee.

On the Children's Days, 4th April, I went to the Winstons coffee having a cup of flat white. I sat down at a side table. Through the window, I saw people holding a cup of coffee and sitting down on the benches. Relax and chatting with friends and families. The shop is just next to the MTR Sai Ying Pui A1 exit, easy for finding. It is small and good for grabbing a coffee to go.  The flat white came along with a piece of biscuit. It was nice. The biscuit balanced out the bitter taste of coffee. Qu

位於西營盤地鐵站一出，就見到這間Cafe.. 呢度有型格裝修，一排開到盡既窗，坐係度飲杯咖啡 Chill下真係好舒服!另外佢地好出名既自家製綠茶 tart限量供應，賣晒就冇><不過佢其他 Sandwich都好好味好有誠意，不妨一試!店內Staff同顧客九成都係外國人，落單都要講english~ ~ ~不過今次去好多人呀，只好外帶~~

Winston，像我這一個70後男子，會聯想起香煙出來。自己對香煙的研究不深，也不是煙民。這一個 Winston (雲斯頓) 品牌的香煙，還在不在，我沒有去考證了，也不需要去考證。前陣子，看見飲食界的好友推介了《Winston》，這《Winston》並非以上所指的香煙品牌，而是一間帶點味道的文青小咖啡店。在悠閒的一個中午，我隻身來到皇后大道西，尋找這《Winston's Coffee》。 咖啡店的門口，有少少像外國電影院的門面，此外，店前的這一塊黑板.....令我感覺，開文青小咖啡店的人，永遠都帶點冷幽默。 店子不大，但以一侸全落地玻璃的設計，與外面的皇后大道西及西營盤站連為一體。再者，這一區向來都是旺中帶靜，在這兒品味咖啡，以慢活人生的方式欣賞一下舊城市同新建設交錯的街道及空間，可真是身心舒暢的一件事。 此咖啡店沒有什麼午餐提供，是純粹喝的那一種。但，不是沒有東西吃的，總有些包類的東西，給大家伴著咖啡來吃喝。 我要了是日特價的朱古力牛角包。沒有考究這東西是不是店子自家製了，我只覺得這包夠酥香，有朱古力味，並沒有其他特別的過人之處。 咖啡，我就來了一杯香滑的 Latte。用上了玻璃

How did I miss this place? I've passed by Winston's Coffee several times and my sis has brought it back for me before but I've yet to actually go in, sit down and really try out their coffee. A twenty seconds walk as soon as you exit the A1 exit from the Sai Ying Pun MTR! The space is great, small and cozy. Had a morning coffee with my dad. However, The taste of the flat white is quite bad. We gave it 2/10. The ambience of cafe is great and relaxing.
