由於琴日晚飯經過呢間嘢見有好多人排隊食雞髀,正值今日放假而且又要過呢頭買嘢,所以同朋友千里迢迢過海都要試下呢一間嘢。因為入咗雞髀關注組,所以對於雞髀嘅質素我都有的要求既,曾經試過所謂出名既都係名不符實,今日就決定試下呢一間。過到嚟剛剛下午茶時間,但係由於無乜點食嘢,所以最後一齊叫咗雞髀飯,不過我要沙嗲汁,一個要黑椒汁。店舖環境都係小店嘅模式,座位唔算好多,環境開喺後巷位置都算衛生,見到餐牌上都有好多出名嘅野,例如:椒鹽豬扒。不過我都係為咗雞髀飯慕名而嚟,所以都唔好得一想二啦。等咗五、六分鐘左右終於都上枱喇~~~ 第一時間我同朋友不約而同"嘩"咗一聲,點解? 原因好簡單,因為呢一隻雞髀都算係超巨型, 你哋喺相見到同隻碟差唔多,根本都唔係好見到啲飯,而且同埋賣相吸引,影完相就話知你囉,快快開餐~~~ 我食沙嗲汁, 首先講下隻蛋,佢都係用扒爐整嘅,所以味道就一般啦,沒有脆邊,不過呢樣都唔係期望既野,配菜就有翠玉瓜同埋椰菜,味道正常。到主角啦,因為我比較鍾意慢慢食嘅所以都會用刀叉,切開佢啲肉發現超多肉汁,絕對炸得剛剛好唔會炸過龍,入口仲發現原來呢隻雞髀係有醃過㗎!!! 所以肉味鮮甜嫩滑,真係勁正,而佢個外皮炸得金黃脆口,即叫即炸既野一定要即食,成個過程基本上食晒啲飯隻雞髀仲有半隻,你可想而知有幾大隻。飲品方面無乜特別, 都係同正常茶餐廳一樣,呢餐真係勁滿足,埋單每位都係$50蚊左右,如果你問我抵唔抵食,我會同你講出面所謂好食嘅雞髀都要$30蚊一隻,依家有成個餐俾你慢慢坐低食,而且仲要咁高水準,我可以咁講,係我暫時食過比較最好嘅一間。 continue reading

➖ 炸雞髀薯條茶記既波浪薯條真係最好食,炸得正常基本上已經無敵。而炸髀就考功力啲一個唔小心就會乾哂,呢到出名炸野所以呢隻髀對佢黎講無難度,外層炸到好脆再咬入去就係嫩嫩既髀肉入面充滿肉汁一啲都唔乾,而隻髀調味真係入哂味咬到骨位都仲有味,佢既調味有小小甜個味好熟但諗唔起係咩醃料🪧 唔知係唔係下午茶隻髀係細隻啲呢,不過其實呢隻都大係我影到佢好細隻咁,但之前食佢既脾飯係再大隻啲 continue reading

今晚8點先收工,唔知買咩外賣好,突然諗起之前food blogger介紹過呢一間餐廳嘅生炸大雞肶好大好脆好抵食,所以飛的士趕去買外賣。買完再返屋企已經半個鐘,但隻大雞肶真係好好味😋!咬落啲脆皮好鬆脆,唔會死屈屈,而且真係好大隻,大雞肶+香草意粉+飲品 $58,真係好抵食。美中不足之處就係雞肉雖然好嫩,但可以再加多啲調味醃一下就perfect喇!同場加購「抗疫餐」,黑椒雞排腸仔飯+飲品 $40,都唔差㗎!不過我加錢要嘅奶茶紅豆冰就甜得滯,下次要叫走甜先得! continue reading

難得來到長沙灣,本來是想試「鰹烏冬」,但太多人排隊,只好放棄,轉場到也在附近,已經不少分店的「和順記」「和順記」是以巨大炸脾而出名的,所以來到當然要叫一客炸脾配薯條,也叫了不是很多地方也能叫叫的—咖啡紅豆冰作為配餐炸雞髀薯條$40+$8特飲咖啡紅豆冰首先上場的是 咖啡紅豆冰咖啡味不是很濃,勝在不會太甜,配合下面香甜且軟淋的紅豆,甜度適中,且紅豆不會太爛,有原粒也有咬口。 再來就是主角上場炸脾配薯條$40炸雞髀有拳頭般大,是比坊間大一點點,但未至於巨的份量。外皮炸得香脆薯條方面,店家也因應我們的要求炸得耐一點,所以也夠脆口,但沒有薯味。雞髀肉質未算非常嫩滑,但至少不會乾柴,沒有肉汁。最緊要係無雪味。總括而言,他們家的炸雞脾沒有特別出色,份量又不是坊間傳聞中巨大,味道和品質方面算是中上水平,因為原材料吃得出是不錯的,可惜他們的出品沒有特別令人回味之處,簡單來說沒有他們家的特色之處, 比他們好的大有人在,沒比較沒有傷害,近期吃了不少炸髀薯條,他們的真是很普通。如果你想吃炸雞脾,可以一吃,但如果要特意拜訪就不必了。另外點了一份麻辣雞扒撈丁$38本來以為雞扒是用麻辣醬醃製,但原來是炸雞扒加麻辣醬撈一丁出前一丁有一定的保障,所以不會有太大問題,只是店家略煮久了一點,令麫偏淋了一點,不夠爽彈, 不能令出前一丁發揮其極至。而麻辣醬也比較遜色,應該是現成的醬,麻味沒有,只有一點點辣味麫底有撈汁,應該有點咸味救回整個撈丁雞扒相比雞脾比較細件,但也夠脆雞扒肉質比雞脾嫩滑,有些味雞味,肉質沒有梅爛,但整件雞扒比較油,也沒有調味。所以可以不試。 continue reading
