由於琴日晚飯經過呢間嘢見有好多人排隊食雞髀,正值今日放假而且又要過呢頭買嘢,所以同朋友千里迢迢過海都要試下呢一間嘢。因為入咗雞髀關注組,所以對於雞髀嘅質素我都有的要求既,曾經試過所謂出名既都係名不符實,今日就決定試下呢一間。過到嚟剛剛下午茶時間,但係由於無乜點食嘢,所以最後一齊叫咗雞髀飯,不過我要沙嗲汁,一個要黑椒汁。店舖環境都係小店嘅模式,座位唔算好多,環境開喺後巷位置都算衛生,見到餐牌上都有好多出名嘅野,例如:椒鹽豬扒。不過我都係為咗雞髀飯慕名而嚟,所以都唔好得一想二啦。等咗五、六分鐘左右終於都上枱喇~~~ 第一時間我同朋友不約而同"嘩"咗一聲,點解? 原因好簡單,因為呢一隻雞髀都算係超巨型, 你哋喺相見到同隻碟差唔多,根本都唔係好見到啲飯,而且同埋賣相吸引,影完相就話知你囉,快快開餐~~~ 我食沙嗲汁, 首先講下隻蛋,佢都係用扒爐整嘅,所以味道就一般啦,沒有脆邊,不過呢樣都唔係期望既野,配菜就有翠玉瓜同埋椰菜,味道正常。到主角啦,因為我比較鍾意慢慢食嘅所以都會用刀叉,切開佢啲肉發現超多肉汁,絕對炸得剛剛好唔會炸過龍,入口仲發現原來呢隻雞髀係有醃過㗎!!! 所以肉味鮮甜嫩滑,真係勁
