Whenever I go there, my first and only choice is always won ton stir noodle🍜🍜🍜Their wonton is greatly done to perfection and their noodles are cooked just right😍😍😍 The tenderness of the dumplings plus the chewiness of the noodles make it the unbeatable combination🤤🤤🤤

If you happen to find it before you should definitely go and have a try. The only thing is that the reception inside this restaurant is really bad. Don’t go there on a trade day😆😆😆

星期二我乘搭港鐵前往「筲箕灣」,光顧位於「筲箕灣東大街」街尾位置裡面的潮州粉麵茶餐廳「王林記」。我本來已經訂下的目標,是想享用「王林記」同時提供的「五香牛腩飯」跟「咖喱雞扒飯」。但是我無意中發現「王林記」,同時有向食客提供時段沒有明確條文規定時間的「午餐」,還有上午十一點至晚上八點都有提供的「飯類」食品,兩者同時有提供「五香牛腩飯」跟「咖喱雞扒飯」。但是「王林記」「午餐」訂定售價,相對就比「飯類」食品售價稍為昂貴一點。「午餐」裡面的「五香牛腩飯」跟「咖喱雞扒飯」賣港幣五十元。至於「飯類」餐牌裡面的「五香牛腩飯」跟「咖喱雞扒飯」則賣港幣四十四元。於是我在有點好奇,加上個人不是太喜歡蝕底的情況之下,選擇大膽直接詢問「王林記」的侍應,究竟哪一款「五香牛腩飯」性價比比較高。結果我詢問完之後,「王林記」侍應立刻回答我,「午餐」餐牌裡面的食品份量相對比較大,「飯類」餐廳裡面的食品份量相對比較小,換言之即是所謂的「一分錢一分貨」。「王林記」這樣決定為同一款食品,分不同餐牌和價錢發售,是否等於把同一款食品,分為大、小不同份量版本出售,我就不太清楚了,因為我最後沒有選擇享用「王林記」的「飯類」版本「五香

於是我決定了,選擇享用「王林記」「午餐」餐牌裡面的「五香牛腩飯」跟「咖喱牛腩飯」。至於飲品方面,因為「王林記」以港式茶餐廳飲品為主,我選擇了享用兩杯「凍奶茶」。

「王林記」製造出來的「凍奶茶」飲品,「凍奶茶」的實際味道還算是有少許差別,甜味「淡奶」跟糖漿在「王林記」「凍奶茶」裡面佔的比例感覺也不小。

但是「五香牛腩飯」套餐配備的飲品「凍奶茶」,「凍奶茶」裡面的實際「淡奶」甜味濃度相對比較低。相反「咖喱牛腩飯」配備的「凍奶茶」裡面實際「淡奶」甜味濃度感覺相對比較濃厚。

換言之,我享用「五香牛腩飯」的時候,同時享用到「凍奶茶」飲品實際甜味感覺比較淡。相反享用「咖喱雞扒飯」的時候,喝到「凍奶茶」裡面的「淡奶」甜味濃度給我感覺相對比較深刻。

至於「五香牛腩飯」裡面的「牛腩」,大多數以質感比較瘦的「牛腩」肉為主,相反不是太能夠食到「牛腩」裡面本來應該有的脂肪牛筋軟腍口感感覺。

至於「五香牛腩飯」裡面的「牛腩」肉質相對比較瘦,「牛腩」裡面的肉質,大多數是整齊一梳梳紋理的牛肉。至於「王林記」廚房炆煮「五香牛腩」實際肉質因為紋理的關係,因而變得不可能輕易撕開咀爛「牛腩」梳紋牛肉。

至於「王林記」「五香牛腩飯」裡面的「五香」醬汁實際味道,感覺跟偏向一梳梳紋理牛肉肉質剛剛相反,「五香」汁實際味道感覺很甜,甜得足夠拌整碟「白飯」,食完整碟「白飯」也不成問題。

至於「王林記」「咖喱雞扒飯」的實際製成品,雖然餐廳沒有像「五香牛腩飯」一樣,安排「咖喱雞扒」跟白飯各自分開另上,但是「咖喱雞扒」實際份量,其實一點也不少。

至於「咖喱雞扒飯」裡面的「咖喱」醬汁,「咖喱」醬汁味道在我未試食前,還以為會比較甜,但是試食後才發現「咖喱」醬汁裡面的實際辣味感覺,還是比甜味更加濃厚。

至於「咖喱雞扒飯」裡面的「雞扒」,其實即是口感相對比較軟腍的炸吉列「雞腿」肉而已。我趁炸雞腿肉未被辣味咖喱汁浸到變到變腍之前,立刻先享用一塊炸雞腿肉。

未被辣味「咖喱」汁浸到變辣之前的炸「雞扒」雞皮,炸雞皮的實際口感感覺還算是很香脆。相反炸雞皮接觸辣味「咖喱」汁的時間一長,炸雞皮實際口感也開始變腍了。

至於「王林記」「咖喱雞扒飯」裡面的「雞腿」肉實際口感方面,「雞腿」實際肉質感覺仍然算是很嫩滑。而且「咖喱雞扒飯」裡面的「雞扒」實際體積份量,感覺也不算很少。

所以「王林記」「咖喱雞扒飯」實際口感感覺尚算香脆的「炸雞扒」雞皮,即使碰上偏熱的辣味「咖喱」汁,還未至於完全變軟的雞皮,配上口感嫩滑和沒有雪味的雞肉,整體的口感感覺其實不差的。

「王林記」兩款碟頭飯晚餐食品裡面的「白飯」實際份量感覺其實頗多,結果我為了便宜價錢而連續點兩碟飯,即使套餐沒有其實配菜,也都已經令我食得很飽,感覺也非常滿足。

我光顧「王林記」的時候,食店裡面的食客實際數目不算非常多,加上食店又沒有電視播放新聞,令我完全沒有遇上搭檯的問題,又可以令我自己一個人,可以在無壓力下輕鬆慢慢享用晚餐,感覺下次可以繼續考慮光顧。

專程過嚟試吓呢間潮州粉麵,差唔多午市尾聲唔使排隊剛好有兩個位。嗌左一碗魚蛋牛丸河$43,一碗魚蛋墨丸河$43,再加一碟牛腩豬手$120。價錢來講係算係偏貴少少,不過要再睇睇質素先可以再評論。等緊嘢食之際,見到枱上面有幾樣普通粉麵舖少有嘅,有冬菜,仲有兩種辣椒油,有小辣同埋大辣,幾細心。我就加咗大辣落我碗河粉度,真係幾辣,不過好香,落咗幾滴都已經好夠味。河粉幼滑煮得剛好,夾起嚟唔會爛晒,掛到湯,望落去少少透明,係幾高質嘅河粉。到主角,所有丸都好新鮮,完全冇雪藏味,魚蛋和魚片彈牙,冇腥味,牛丸好有牛味,但係就唔係好夠彈牙,墨丸真材實料,食到墨魚粒,不過都係略欠彈牙,但係整體味道唔錯,碗河粉仲加咗條芥蘭,湯底聽講話係用魚骨煲,有鮮味,我就連湯都飲埋,咁嘅質素喺香港已經少有,自從冇咗香港仔嘅謝記,都已經好難搵到好食嘅潮州粉麵,呢間已經算係比較接近謝記。反而呢度嘅牛腩比起魚蛋更加精彩,牛嘅部位好靚,有啲牛筋黐住啲肉,火候剛好,炆得好鬆軟,好多肉汁,值得一讚,相對豬手就冇乜特別。整體來講質素同埋價錢成正比,會再返嚟試其他嘢!

無啦啦好想食魚旦粉,上網見到王林記既數一數二,過開港島東就一於試下佢星期日5點到,唔使排隊,可能因為6點已經無堂食,疫情下個分隔做得幾好,啲分隔板夠大,塊板既直徑同張枱一樣大叫左魚旦粉多青同香蔥魚旦粗,枱面有炸蒜任落😍魚旦粉有3塊魚片5粒魚旦,魚旦好重魚味,唔會腥,彈牙又唔會覺得落左好多粉,中上,老公話香蔥魚旦都好有魚味粗麵正常,河粉好滑,不過太薄好快浸到碎濕濕,食左半碗已經唔可以用筷子夾,要用匙羹食,有啲失望,另一敗筆係食完有啲口渴結論:可一試,不過唔係我食過最好食既魚旦粉,因我對河粉都好有要求

繼續二人限聚令,令到出街食飯少咗,買外賣多咗😶幾時先可以回復正常呢,所以今日一於簡簡單單食碗麵就算了!筲箕灣東大街出名多嘢食,王林記就係其中一間,以前就喜歡安利,但近年都喜歡食王林記。我每一次去王林記我都只係食片頭河或片頭撈粗,其實佢嘅切腩都好出色,但我對牛腩興趣不太大。雖然淨買魚蛋,片頭唔算好平,但真係一分錢一分貨,味道真係會唔同啲片頭撈粗麵$47片頭好爽口又彈牙,而且好香魚味,一點都唔似出面街市買嘅魚蛋咁,豉油皇撈麵其實係重點之一,豉油撈得好均勻,因為我比較喜歡粗麵,好有質感,麵質又唔會太淋又唔會太硬,煮得剛剛好,又唔會太多汁,另外會跟一碗湯,如果覺得乾身可以添少少湯自己撈下

早上九点多到达已经要在店外拿筹等候幸好轮候时间不长,5分钟就可以进店了。每张桌子都贴有告示,劝人吃完就马上走,感觉没什么人情味。一般来说,见到有人轮候,也不会赖死不走,而且椅子也没靠背,坐得久也不舒服。为切腩而来,即使餐单有不少选择,不会点其他茶餐厅的东西,爽快地下了切腩魚旦捞粗。主角出场了,牛腩捞粗卖相不错,牛腩带少许皮,能咀嚼到牛腩的香味,而且经过长时间熬制,肉质很腍。但粗面带少许梘水味,口感一般。至于鱼旦,味道是好的,不会带腥味,只是成了牛腩的配角。57元不算实惠,但以吃得到的水准而言,也是合理。
