三眼四胃最愛打邊爐,土瓜灣就有一間評價好高既火鍋店。首先,平日去,都通常要等位,因為店舖細,座位吾多。衛生,可接受,店員服務都ok,但座位有d迫,同隔離枱太近。食材,真心讚,每次都會有吾同推介既海鮮,個聖子皇真心好味,好新鮮,爽,大隻,其他例如海蝦,甲殼類都好鮮同大隻。肥牛都幾靚,脂肪比例都吾錯,另外一個魚片頭都係低讚,熟食,剛整起,熱辣辣,而個湯底呢就係花甲鍋,好多花甲,湯底都非常新鮮,其他食材都吾錯,有鴨舌,非常入味。至於價錢……當然一分錢一分貨,問心吾係平,但係用心食材,老闆係有簡過既,都吾好同任食既比較,因為任食邊有咁大隻聖子呀 continue reading

02.03.19「鬍鬚安」打邊邊唔好問我幾耐冇黎過呢到打邊爐,因為真係好耐喇!連老闆老闆娘都唔見左人,唔知係咪頂左比親戚做!♨️叫左個潮州蜆仔粉絲湯底,足料用埋豬骨黎煲。啲蜆鮮甜冇話有沙,但肉就唔係太大糕粒♨️通常去到好肚餓會叫個炸魚角食,但已經冇之前咁彈牙可口♨️象拔螃,鮮甜好味爽口(重點🈶人請食飯😆)成個人爽晒😝♨️必叫嘅牛肉鳯梨丸🍡真心仲係好味嘅♨️炸醬牛肉餃,特別!出面好少食到,味道很不錯!♨️手切肥牛,啖啖肉,入口軟又夠淋!好味好味♨️仲有肥牛金菇卷、鴨舌、釀豆卜、桶蠔等等都好味道!總括:係唔錯嘅,都冇話水準下滑得好快。但冇左老闆同老闆娘向舖,冇左個人情味道😌可能我地冇撞正佢落舖頭! continue reading

呢間位於土瓜灣嘅鬍鬚安係區內為數不多嘅打邊爐專門店,店入面有好多唔同嘅湯底俾人選擇,包括海鮮、牛骨、胡椒等等。秋意越來越濃,所以筆者就選擇胡椒牛肚作為湯底,除左主角嘅牛肚,仲有番茄加左係個湯入面,微辣嘅黑胡椒胡椒加埋煮到爛融融嘅番茄簡直係一絕配。筆者之後叫左美國牛肉片,切工唔算差,大部分都非常之薄,只有一兩塊零零舍舍厚,不過都無太大影響,薄牛肉片只需要淥幾秒就ok,再加埋辣椒豉油帶翻牛嘅鮮味同埋胡椒特有嘅香氣,令筆者忍唔住叫多牒!響鈴亦都係必食嘅打邊爐食品,建議可以係食肉之前落,令到個響鈴唔會吸收咁多肥油,當然如果你追求味道遠遠大於健康就唔洗理啦。另外呢度有唔同嘅釀豆卜,特別嘅包括蝦滑、鯪魚肉等等,款式多樣,味道都唔錯,值得一讚嘅係個餡料都比較多,食起上黎感覺會比較滿足。至於金菇肥牛卷就比較普通,而且份量唔多,同埋點完豉油就即刻俾豉油嘅鹹味蓋過左金菇嘅味道,但如果咩都唔點味道就會太寡。最後不得不提,呢度嘅片頭非常好食,係即叫即整,送到上檯面嘅時候仲係非常辣口,酥脆嘅外皮包住彈牙嘅口感,但係調味略顯有少少淡,所以筆者建議可以配埋豉油一齊食。 continue reading

來了朋友推介的這間火鍋店,地方比較難找,裝修簡單,有點大排檔feel,湯底種類很頗多,配答幾特別。食物種類雖然只得兩頁的餐牌,但款式齊全,有些更有自家限定,如黑椒豬肚丸、芋頭臘味餃、炸醬餃。海鮮方面,最好請店員推介時令的,我們點了象拔蚌、聖子王和大蝦。蟶子和象拔蚌很新鮮,味道很鮮甜。大蝦比想像中大隻,夠厚肉,蝦膏很多。我們一行8人,埋單只是千六元,如果不介意坐圓櫈,實在抵食!最後點埋個麻醬擔擔麵,大滿足! continue reading
