我常常都想發掘一些樓上火鍋專門店,因為可以靜靜地烚吓烚吓,應覺幾Chill。最近知道灣仔鍋鑼灣附近開了一間樓上火鍋店,貪吃的我當然要試試。😋火鍋店位於宇宙商業大樓2樓,環境很闊落,卡位上面有部電視,可以邊看邊食。查看菜單,也有很多選擇,最後選了這些😁:🐷🥘胡椒豬肚湯 $138鍋超大,湯底方面選了胡椒豬肚湯 ,內有蕃茄、西芹、豬皮、豬粉腸、豬肚,相當足料!字落料前嘗了幾口,少少辣辣地,相當惹味。🐮手切雪花牛小排(小)$258牛小排絕對是必叫項目,肉質超嫩滑,將肉放進鍋裡30秒,已經熟透。一咬下肉,肉質超鮮嫩,入口即化,而且一點也不痴牙,令人一試難忘。🐮濃汁和牛丸(半份) $44牛丸超多汁,一咬汁都飛出去了,肉很結實而有咬口,正!🥟手工家鄉韭菜餃(半份) $34韭菜餃超大隻,韭菜和豬肉份量亦很多,而且皮薄餡靚,吃完大滿足!🥬菠菜苗 $38菠菜苗很新鮮很嫩,吃吃蔬菜可中和油膩感。🥤蜂蜜綠茶 $18、竹蔗茅根 $18兩枝飲品可以下下火,也可以解渴。總括來說,地方闊落乾淨,又可以Chill住邊吃邊看電視,確是很不錯呢!😜

朋友帶路黎左呢間私房火鍋店呢度係樓上鋪有幾間VIP房所以大堂都唔會太多人食得好舒服!而且呢度唔係任食火鍋所以食物全部都高質素好多!仲有好多特別嘅配料添有豬天梯,牛骨髓等等首先會上醬汁俾我地自己調配醬盤乾淨整潔第一印象唔錯!然後就上火鍋超大鍋~我地揀左沙嗲窩聞落幾香而且湯底已經有料有好多冬瓜同豆腐安格斯特級雪花肥牛油花超靚!肉質軟嫩即使略略淖熟少少都唔會鞋口果然係靚牛!手工四寶丸有蝦丸,牛丸,豬肉丸同鯪魚肉丸丸類彈牙而且味濃最正係蝦丸!鮮蝦水餃隻隻都好大隻漲卜卜入面好足料有蝦肉豬肉同木耳絲幾抵食!當然仲有蔬菜同烏冬啦~娃娃菜都切到好整齊吸晒沙嗲湯好好味~烏冬又係surprise竟然上左兩個係滑滑嘅稻庭烏冬~配沙嗲湯又正!
