朋友說很久沒有吃火鍋,所以來到三鍋全層都是三鍋,地方寬敞,還有獨立的房間,環境不錯。黃金花膠湯 $298湯底也十分重要,所以選了黃金花膠湯真的沒有選錯!金黃色的湯底,包半隻雞。還有花膠筒及金華火腿,十分矜貴未開始正式打邊爐前,先喝喝湯,雞味十足。記得記得!是打邊爐前起碼喝兩碗湯,後加湯味道不同的。花膠筒尺寸不少啊!喝完湯後,職員把雞切開,很厚肉,看得出不是冰鮮雞,雞肉滑。單是湯底材料已經一到很滿足的餸菜。本地手切肥牛(小)$288有大及小份量,我們2人吃,小份量都,都不少啊手工四寶丸 :墨魚丸、鮮蝦丸、鯪魚丸、牛肉丸是新鮮自家製的,所以很彈牙,夠新鮮聖子皇$78 /條這裏有多款海鮮選擇,但湯底的雞和牛肉,已經令人很滿足,所以點聖子皇。油麥菜 $38醬料餐牌

真的沒有選錯!金黃色的湯底,包半隻雞。還有花膠筒及金華火腿,十分矜貴

座落地點絕不顯眼,只適合識途老馬,但就是喜歡他這種穩秘又高質的火鍋店。店面只有五六張極寬敞的卡位座,其餘四間是靠窗的私人包廂。這種環境已給人極Chill的感覺。今次專登食清減些,要了個皮蛋芫茜鍋,極重芫茜味,肉類只點了一客西班牙梅豬肉,當然水準絕不令人失望,另外海鮮類要了白膳片和魚嘴及魚鰾,很新鮮,他的手打四寶丸和秘製西洋菜餃是必試的,還有即制響鈴。蔬菜類要了鮮淮山和油麥菜,簡簡單單的配料,但在這閒靜環境慢慢享用已經是大滿足。

限聚一聲令下,好像不想停下來似的,香港人人心惶惶,每天都擔心自己受感染,瘋狂到每日自己以為自己是醫生般自己檢測,更甚者四處鬧人戴的口罩位置不正確,卻不發現自己每天所看的所謂新聞,都只不過是電視台的一齣連續劇。晚巿恢復,腦海第一種出現的食物,一定是被限聚令限制得要很的香港第一美食:火鍋,可能等得太久,生怕會突然間上火,湯底特意揀選了香茜皮蛋火鍋湯底,希望不會太熱氣。當湯底的水溫達到沸點的時候,就是肚皮內打鼓聲最響亮的時刻,一口氣點下了多款火鍋美食:手工家鄉韭菜餃,手工鮮墨魚滑,台式鴨血,豬頸肉,油麥菜,金菇菜,手打烏冬……每項都是火鍋的好伙伴,如果餐牌上多加幾款清熱解毒的飲料,甚至是任飲,我一定會再來!

突然降溫,就好想打邊爐。難得上網見到有人話三鍋唔錯,今日一去,果然值得試試。首先座位好寬鬆,比起一般火鍋店叫幾個配菜就已經擺唔落,好好好太多。今次試椰子雞煲。先用椰子汁以及椰子片慢煮熟雞,先飲兩碗清甜湯頭。成個人暖曬。湯底不會死鹹以及很假的人工甜,是那種清澈,尾韻悠長的那種清甜。一人最少三碗起跳。及後店員幫你加入濃湯,再吃剩下的雞與配菜。很推薦兩樣食材:1.羊肉。重羊味,有點淡淡騷味。愛的人自然會很愛。2.西洋菜餃。自家製,選取西洋菜較為嫩的地方,只是以西洋菜為主體的餃子。在有點飽且膩感剛到的時候,給你一個100分的清爽。
