天氣轉冷，求其食間火鍋店暖下個肚，點知食到一肚氣！本身諗住食日式火鍋，人地有任食菜呀、丸呀，價錢又差唔多，但見咁多好評就試下啦。呢個$158既清遠雞套餐，包碟雞、一盤菜、兩粒丸、一粒仔蝦滑、一煲湯底。重點黎喇，有請清遠雞「骨」我以為比錯我，我應該冇點錯下欄煲湯骨。成碟野，一隻翼尖，2隻雞翼再中間開二，反轉胸骨一件。經理話呢碟真係清遠雞，我都信，但最好再加個「骨」字 - 清遠雞骨。最後轉左碟菜算。請管理層認真睇睇，咁樣出餐，唔會有翻頭客。唔好將價就貨。如果清遠雞好貴，咁咪比丹麥雞，起碼都有啖肉食下丫！ 試下出去食下同樣價錢既集團火鍋，人地差唔多價錢，但大件少少，起碼唔會第一眼就令客人反感。 continue reading
