Yadllie 手工炸雞的精髓在於採用韓國濟州島栽培的各種新鮮蔬菜和 20 多種天然材料混合而成的秘製醬料。
我們將韓國新鮮雞肉放入秘製醬料以Yadllie 獨有的專利腌製技術,發酵 72 小時以上。
秘製醬料加上我們在韓國傳統浸泡腌製法上加以改良的獨有技術,就是Yadllie 炸雞的獨特味道和鮮嫩口感的秘訣。

Without Dress
由於粉漿會吸收大量油份,為打造健康炸雞。每份Yadllie 炸雞均是用人手在腌製好的雞肉上,一件一件撲上薄薄一層的秘製乾粉。我們有信心Yadllie 炸雞的美味是在於雞肉上,這不是一般以調味粉混和而成的粉漿炸雞可以比擬。

A Pressure Fryer
所有Yadllie 炸雞,均使用壓力油炸鍋,以雙重高壓油炸技術處理。首次油炸過程是使用封閉式壓力油炸方法將雞件油炸至七成熟,鎖住用汁。第二次則以開放式油炸鍋再炸至全熟,用以排走多餘油份,以及令Yadllie炸雞更加外脆內嫩。過程中,壓力、時間及濕度都要拿捏得十分準確。

今日同朋友行完荃灣Donki又肚餓就去左海之戀Yadllie Plate食晚餐。餐廳都好爆棚下,好彩夠早最後一張枱。今晚我哋點左半半炸雞(蔥蔥蔥+黃金蒜香),八爪魚煎餅,海賊王的寶物,檸檬雞肉沙律,孩子的浪漫,益力多米酒,柚子蜜,士多啤梨雪冰。左半半炸雞(蔥蔥蔥+黃金蒜香)-真係好多蔥蔥蔥, 兩者炸雞炸得時間岩岩好,肉質好,味道都好。八爪魚煎餅-煎得香口好味道,魷魚粒加上蔥絲再點醬汁吃簡直可口。海賊王的寶物-有大大條八爪魚,仲有大大塊炸魚柳,魷魚圈,炸蝦。先放入檸檬汁再點上醬汁好味道。炸得夠香口質素高。檸檬雞肉沙律-新鮮沙律菜加上雞肉,蘋果片,蕃茄仔,腰果,雞蛋,洋蔥同芝士碎令人好清新感覺。孩子的浪漫-就係炸麻薯波波,菠蘿腸仔仲有蕃薯仔。小朋友至愛同樣也是我至愛。益力多米酒-益力多味等埋冰融化再飲岩岩好,夠凍又唔會太濃酒味。柚子蜜-甜甜地,好香柚子味道 。士多啤梨雪冰-大大球雪糕,好多士多啤梨同士多啤梨醬,再慢慢食雪冰凍入心中,好正好好食。 continue reading

上星期同朋友去咗荃灣一間韓國料理餐廳,整體感覺幾滿意,環境、菜色和飲品都帶出濃濃嘅韓國風味。餐廳設計簡約又有韓國特色,燈光柔和,氛圍幾舒服,適合同朋友或者家人一齊慢慢傾計食飯,坐耐啲都唔會覺得迫。半半炸雞 (蜜味乳酪粉 & 首爾醬油)
可以選擇兩款唔同味道,外皮炸得香脆,炸得夠脆又唔覺得油膩,蜜味乳酪粉甜而不膩帶少少奶香,幾特別,至於首爾醬油就係鹹中帶甜,調味非常均衡🍗白切五花腩🥓
肉質滑嫩,脂肪比例剛好,配埋生菜包住食,再加啲韓式醬料,口感層次豐富,香口又解膩。火炙牛🥩
上到枱會再用火槍輕輕火炙,帶有陣陣焦香味,肉味重,肉質比較有咬口卡邦尼年糕
濃郁嘅卡邦尼醬同年糕嘅煙韌口感非常夾,奶香濃厚但唔會太膩益力多米酒 & 菠蘿米酒🍹
飲品方面,益力多米酒酸甜清爽,好易入口,幾啱女士;而菠蘿米酒帶有自然果香,酒精唔勁,底下加咗蜜桃蜜瓜雪冰🍨
