籠仔荷葉蟹蒸飯
啲飯蒸出嚟,就唔會太濕身,米飯🍚食落口勁有咬口之餘仲有清香蟹味同荷葉香,成隻蟹係米飯上面一齊蒸,令每粒米都吸收到蟹嘅鮮味,又要掌握得到火候,真係老師傅先做到!所以呢一個菜式最重點嘅係飯入面。

食物方面,有薑蔥焗美國桶蠔,豉汁涼瓜炒牛肉,兩個點心,燒賣同叉燒酥,都相當出色,除咗碟蒜蓉炒豆苗,咸到苦,食唔掂,搵咗個西裝男幫手,退返俾佢,請佢找師傅自己試吓先(咪虐待我地食客😌)佢真係攞咗去要一段時間,先再返嚟,我見佢唔知講乜好,我就禮貌地同佢講,炒過一碟就得喇,佢就去咗執行,原來佢係AI 人 一個,Robot嚟㗎😂
呢間真係我遇到嘅非一般星級服務食店,員工服務範圍,絕對唔包括講道歉。兩位埋單連加一係$647,走嘅時候,又有一個西裝男,同我哋嘅背影講多謝😅😂

知道最近係九龍灣mega box開左呢間曾經獲米芝蓮一星級既傳統中菜館新斗記, 就諗住嚟試下係咪仲維持到之前既質素. 先講下餐廳環境闊落, 我地坐既位剛好同後面果張枱用屏風隔住, 所以有小小自成一角既感覺,空間感十足.香煎蓮藕餅 $128蓮藕餅煎得金黃香脆, 唔會過於油膩, 食到入面粒粒爽口既蓮藕, 十分香口.魚香茄子煲 $108充滿鑊氣, 入口唔會油膩, 有足料既肉碎同鹹魚粒, 味道香濃,送飯一流火山石即燒乳豬 $268 (1/4隻)餐廳招牌菜之一, 乳豬皮燒得夠香脆, 乳豬肉嫩滑得嚟帶小小鹹香, 配埋餐廳既乳豬醬, 口感又多一個層次.生炒上肉排 $128肉排炸得夠脆口, 就算沾左醬汁之後都唔會變腍, 味道足夠酸甜, 又係另一送飯之選.

早幾日在網上TapNow買了乳豬券,即時用WhatsApp聯絡了店舖,要求安排年初二晚上六時送貨。店舖即時確認了送貨時間。直至今天,15:23 經WhatsApp問店舖司機會怎樣聯絡,店舖亦沒有提過任何問題。晚上18:13,任何消息也沒有, WhatsApp也沒有回應(但電話看到不斷在線上),直接致電店舖,回覆是司機已在10分鐘前出車。一直等到18:55,仍然是什麼也沒有,電話沒有, whatsapp沒有,致電舖頭,竟然跟我說司機不只送一個地方🤬🤬🤬如無法在指定日期指定時間送貨,是否有責任先告訴客人?尤其是年初二開年飯!後來換了店舖林先生接電話,我跟林先生說, 10分鐘內,如果司機未能送到,請讓他收回。結果,司機致電給我,人仍然未過隧道,根本冇可能10分鐘內送到貨。再多次致電店舖,冇人接電話,致電多次之後,終於有一位女士接聽電話。嗰位女士說我很勞氣,我想請問有哪一位客人在年初二開年飯的時候,等了一個多小時也沒有回音,會不勞氣?當然,最後林先生也沒有回覆電話給我!司機最後也送到乳豬,但整隻乳豬是淋的!究竟這隻乳豬在車裏待了多久?司機究竟送了多少轉貨才到我這邊?奉勸各位,千萬不要幫襯這間店

司機最後也送到乳豬,但整隻乳豬是淋的!究竟這隻乳豬在車裏待了多久?司機究竟送了多少轉貨才到我這邊?

奉勸各位,千萬不要幫襯這間店舖,管理人員及店舖職員皆不負責任,完全不理會食物出品!過往本人經常幫襯北角店舖,當時出品絕對有保證,不像現在店舖的人,濫收訂單!$688一隻乳豬再加$200送貨費,換回來是不斷的已讀不回!

聽朋友講老品牌“新斗記”於九龍灣Mega Box 重開,食品超水準力推一定要試下。入到去裝修好靚紅噹噹好貴氣,光燈明亮,座位又好舒服。之後叫左網上大紅的脆皮乳豬、咕嚕肉、椒鹽鮮魷、啫啫芥蘭煲、薑蔥生蠔煲。難怪會於網上紅火火啦! 隻“脆皮乳豬”的皮真超脆又有肉汁不似外面的乾硬的,真超好味。另外一個力推的是“薑蔥生蠔煲”生蠔肥大肉厚又入味及熱辣辣的蔥油味超香口,咬入口肉感超正好creamy。第三道菜是“椒鹽鮮魷” 咬落去外脆脆內軟軟的,加上有椒鹽刺激味蕾,超好味。真多謝朋友好介紹。

過年做節媽媽想食燒乳豬, 聽朋友講新斗記乳豬好出名, 所以特登去訂咗一隻做節食, 預早約好時間去餐廳攞, 去到見到餐廳門面裝潢好靚好乾淨, 信心大增,  見到隻豬有個硬皮紙盒裝住, 好方便唔似得其他的用個膠袋裝, 攞時郁來郁去撞到崩晒, 抽住返屋企仲熱, 打開見到隻豬都幾大隻, 層皮燒得好靚好脆, 我地隔左2個鐘先食, 啲皮切開時仲嗦嗦聲, 好香脆而且唔肥, 肉同油比例好好, 真係幾好味, 真係值得 encore,  如果堂食可能仲正, 下次一定要試下!
