這家鐵板燒又是自家食堂系列,因為真的超便宜又超級好吃,應該吃了十幾次了,前幾天正巧和朋友經過又吃了一次,才想起來從來沒有分享過這家店。午市套餐超級便宜,一份青菜,一份蝦仁蛋,一份主食,一份白飯,一碗湯,加一杯飲品,才人均 80左右,太划算了。本來中午吃的不多的我,一來到就吃的無法停下來,連青菜都特別好吃。海鮮有的時候是蝦仁炒蛋,有的時候是元貝。主菜我比較愛龍利魚和牛肉。隆重推荐,真的划算又好吃,。。。。

呢個就真係唔抵食啦,啲牛柳基本上就係將啲好cheap嘅牛切到一嚿嚿,啲牛真係有啲韌,並且牛味一啲都唔出。總之就係一疊超平平無奇嘅炒牛柳,但賣到$98😅,但以有得睇住佢炒嘅體驗來講,又真係唔錯嘅。

總括而言,呢間野係食環境(?)可以望住個廚師抄嘅過程,食物質素方面就不過不失,但以鐵板燒來講係真係幾平!

第一道出嘅係清炒時菜,師傅簡單地用蒜蓉炒油麥菜,簡直色、香、味俱全,菜蔬鲜嫩,食落爽口,不會有股苦澀味,令人胃口大開,比起任何的前菜更勝一籌。其實一般的鐵板燒炒時菜通常用雜菌及椰菜,呢度用油麥菜作時菜的確特别,驚喜萬分。

主菜之一嘅牛肩扒,當然不能與和牛,相提並論,但論食味和肉質卻沒有因此被比下去。師傅只是簡單地灑上鹽花煎熟,食嘅完全係牛本身的肉味,煎得微微的焦香,恰到好處,不會過生,也不會熟到“鞋”口。而且牛肩扒的肉質很鲜嫩,入口即溶,的確令人越吃越想吃。

在上碟時,師傅灑上少許的黑胡椒,有股椒香及微微的辣味,令食味更多一份層次,非常夾配。

另一款主菜係塔香雞扒,呢款屬於濃味的菜式,師傅用上九層塔去炒,喺醬汁方面用上台式嘅三杯酒,惹味非常。

筆者特别喜歡雞肉及酒的配搭,師傅將雞肉醃得非常入味,啖啖的雞肉透出微微的酒香,全無違和,非常夾配。重點係師傅加入大量的洋葱,洋葱這類食材炒腍後,既入味也吸收了醬汁的精華,也正是整碟餸的亮點。雖然如此,雞扒食落仍然很嫩滑,不會像吃“老”肉的感覺。

之前講過呢款甜酸元貝拼蝦仁喺别的分店,未必包埋喺套餐,所以幸福也並非必然呢!師傅用上泰式的甜酸醬炒元貝及蝦仁,這樣比較開胃及不會令人覺得油膩,口感較清爽。

元貝及蝦仁都相當大隻,煮熟無乜缩水,非常有咬口。而且肉質很新鮮,不會有“霉”的感覺,更加沒有那股“腥”的味道,鲜嫩無比。

喺主食以外,仲可以用優惠的價錢追加小食,例如:葱花炒蛋、菜甫煎蛋、椒鹽豆腐及香煎鵝肝等,價錢由十數元至數十元不等。

筆者追加了香煎鵝肝$46,這個價錢很合理,一般的鐵板燒未必可以用呢個價錢食到。

整體鵝肝的份量不少,算是物有所值。可能係鵝肝新鮮的關係,唔會有股“腥”的味道,師傅煎封得整件鵝肝恰到好處,不會過火,否則會有苦澀的味道。由於火喉控制得好,食落唔會有種“散”嘅口感。值得一試!

套餐內包埋昆布麵豉湯,呢個湯並非只係死咸的味道,係有股淡淡的麵豉香味散發出嚟,配上清爽的昆布更加可以中和麵豉的咸悶感覺,非常夾配。湯底還有些魚乾碎,雖然係細碎,但飲湯時卻增添了不少口感,的確係好有心思的安排!

除咗麵豉湯,仲有汽水提供,但我選擇咗咸檸七。(加$12)由於咸檸檬經過特别醃製,更令人消除油膩,幫助消化。

其實我好鍾意鐵板燒、串燒及燒肉呢類香口惹味的食法。當中有貴到上千的日式料理,也有平民到百多元的台式鐵板燒,當然豐儉由人,也沒有必要作深入的比較。但最重要係個人嘅心態,認為自己食得開心,覺得滿足便可以了!

雖然我唔係成日喺呢區出入,但係都知道呢區食市林立,有唔少老饕聚集揾好野食!途經眼見呢間食店價錢合理又座無虛席,所以吸引咗我入去幫襯。

個人認為的確係一間性價比很高的食店,價錢合理而食物的質素很高,非常值得一試!

這是我50多年中經驗鐵板燒最差的一次,不但全冇服務,$488蚊的龍蝦海鮮二人餐,不但食物過度烹調,全沒海鮮味道,比一般茶餐廳還不足。這間餐廳我一定不會再去,也不會介紹其他人去!

本人一直有惠顧此店,一向覺得價錢及味道也不過不失!由於疫情關係,已相隔2個月再惠顧,疫情下的假期,當然人流仍很少,晚上6時都只有3枱客!我慣例點了安格斯牛扒套餐及單點龍利柳,下單時已表明全部食物走蔥!女侍應遞上熱湯後,我就發現枱上有一小昆蟲在爬行,我也自行用紙巾弄掉走牠算了,沒有出半點聲!師傅炒了菜後,便開始煎魚及牛扒,煎龍利柳時師傅忘記走蔥,我便禮貌地提醒師傅我的食物是走蔥,他似是有點不耐煩的,沒有說一句話就將魚上的蔥及蒜大力撥走,同時也弄得魚的表面已破爛,我只是走蔥,沒有說過走蒜吧?另外,這樣大力撥走蔥蒜,會弄毀龍利柳的😡大家也知道龍利柳好容易弄碎吧!然後煎完牛扒,便將蒜粒與牛扒,及龍利柳隨意放在同一隻碟上遞給我!以往牛扒是放在一隻碟,碟上撒上胡椒粉及鹽,放好蒜粒,再放上牛扒,現在隨意放在一隻碟上,是否太「求其」? 疫情下生意大減,還不進取一些?還擺出這樣的姿態做生意?
