想吃燒肉又怕貴又怕肉質差,可以試試這間日本過江龍,在香港也有好幾間分店了,主打一定是日本和牛,肉質真的超好,價錢不算貴,而且也有提供性價比較高的美國牛,搭配來吃沒那麼油膩。黑毛和牛腹柳小排(128元)用的是日本和牛,油花超足的,輕輕燒到五成熟,表面帶點焦香,吃起來帶點入口即化的口感,肉質超滑嫩,帶點和牛獨有的香甜。腹前牛小排(88元)這是美國牛油花當然是差挺多的,不過吃起來肉質也挺嫩滑,也有油香,牛肉香味會濃一點。特上牛胸腹肉(98元)這個是切得比較厚的,吃起來肉感較足,也因此保留了大量的肉汁,口感軟嫩。美國牛肋骨條肉(68元)性價比挺高的一款肉,牛肋骨條本身帶有一定的油脂,所以肉質也是挺嫩滑多汁的。鹽味上牛舌(128元)薄切的牛舌芯燒得表面帶點焦,口感又嫩又彈牙的。牛小腸(58元)愛內藏的一定要吃!帶有大量油脂的牛小腸燒以後,油脂部份入口即化,腸的部份嫩滑彈牙,帶有濃濃的焦香味,配上飯一起吃,味道更香濃。米飯(大)(25元)用的是北海道的夢美人米,口感軟糯煙韌,有米香,黏性挺高的。紫菜飯(38元)上面除了有大量的紫菜,還有一粒溫泉蛋給你拌飯用,口感更滑嫩。 continue reading
