朋友生日食飯,特登揀咗呢間入去口碑唔錯,專食和牛燒肉嘅日本燒肉店午餐嚟食午市套餐餐真係超級抵大部份二百幾蚊已經有一個好高質嘅和牛燒肉餐其中一份仲揀咗有舖頭最出名嘅大判燒,即係Sukiyaki 我哋兩個人一共嗌咗兩個餐,再每個餐add份肉全部用份量都超級高質尤其是和牛腹柳小排油脂分布超平均,唔需要燒至10成熟,入口爆多汁,牛味濃郁之餘又唔會太過油膩牛板腱肉呢個入口爆多汁,而且超級重牛肉味,而且店舖醃製得都好好食特上牛腹肉蔥油雞腿雞肉好爽脆配埋蔥油醃製方法好清新牛舌因為薄切嘅關係,所以特別爽脆,雖然平時覺得厚切口感比較正,但係今次食薄切食落冇咁肥膩最後最後和牛大判燒係嚟呢度一定要食肉又大又靚,最正係配埋隻溫泉蛋俾你點嚟食成件事超級濃郁
