想食日本燒肉好耐,今晚就同老公去左元朗Yakiniku Kakura 食燒肉。

看到餐廳外觀已經給你高檔次的感覺,入到餐廳職員好nice好有效率地安排坐位,餐台與餐台之間寬闊,私隱度十足。

首先叫了大判燒!黑毛和牛西冷,呢個黑毛和牛西冷是必食的❤️ 只是看肉上油花分怖已經知道係高質,食落肉質嫩滑,牛味香濃,有入口即溶的感覺,配埋蛋汁無得頂!

黑毛和牛內橫膈膜及牛板腱肉都係上盛,肉質軟嫩,連醬汁一起燒,食落juicy, 正!

腹前小排可選沒醬汁,配了黑椒及少許鹽,頂級的肉質,就算簡單的調味都已經很出眾。

牛舌也是我必食之一,這款塩味上牛舌食落口感彈牙不韌 , 加一點海鹽及少許檸檬汁,味道升級😁

若鶏雞腿肉肉質超滑唔鞋口,值得一讚。

帆立貝吸收了牛油香,好好食。

今日食既呢間係位於銅鑼灣既日式燒肉店, 主打就更係燒肉超多唔同既款式燒肉可以揀, 基本上咩價位都有必點!!! 一定係呢個大判燒!! 超大的一片和牛, 加埋日本既生蛋蛋汁, 成件事係超超超好味, 係好味到我同友人一人各點左一份黎食, 店員好好的會幫手燒, 仲可以自己揀熟既程度燒到火光紅紅, 我點左既係7成熟, 入口即溶!!蔥味牛舌牛舌黎講都算唔平, 但係質素超高, 因為本身已經有調味, 唔需要特別點咩醬就可以直接食, 呢個口感係爽得黎又香牛味!!雞肉同樣係出色, 呢個係若雞雞脛柳, 易燒得黎又香口必點呢個紫菜飯, 已經係有超多紫菜係面, 同埋有隻生蛋係飯上面, 餸和牛吃真係一流最後走之前原來仲有甜品送!! 超日式既感覺, 係糯米糍同杏汁豆花, 好清新!!
