To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食燒肉LIKE,終於明白點解咁多人都keep住排隊食佢,因為性價比實在太高啦!見到佢好似近排主打呢個「鹽蔥牛舌三重套餐」,仲要做緊推廣價$128@250g,見到咁抵,真係冇理由唔叫呢個set。平時食呢啲燒肉,最驚就係碎件上,呢度每片牛肉都係好完整嘅,同埋份量好足。以$128食到咁高質嘅牛真係好均真!用咗推介嘅燒法去整佢嘅牛舌,牛舌包住鹽蔥醬打對摺咁樣燒,令到鹽蔥味大爆發,同埋keep住牛舌咁juicy 然後呢一set仲配埋牛板腱同牛五花,用生菜包住,連埋泡菜、韓式辣醬一齊食,同一時間食晒三款牛,好正!.「牛油粟米」以香濃牛油包裹著豐滿香甜嘅粟米,看似簡單,但絕對係經典又好味嘅小食!最後仲有個S‘more,燒到個棉花糖外脆內軟,之後再用餅乾、朱古力醬夾住食,簡單美味。

間舖已經又細座位又少,有啲位仲要冷氣滴水坐唔到客 。攞飛又混亂,居然有現場攞飛同手機攞飛相同號碼(據女職員親述) 。有正門又唔開,要人迫狹窄嘅側門,指示又唔清晰,個個戇居居去拉正門 。個女帶位職員表面上用詞客氣,實際上態度語氣都好敷衍無禮無誠意 。兩位以上去呢間分店前請三思 。
