今日又去了銅鑼灣食燒肉,餐廳出名係成吉思汗嘅燒烤,當然羊肉非常出色。蒙古羊卷肉入口鮮嫩,羊味適中,油份非常足夠,充滿油脂豐盈感。羊頸柳,六七成熟,帶根位所以非常有囗感。吃羊就一定要加餐廳自製嘅羊肉孜然粉及醬汁,提升味道層次。想食得健康,仲可以配一個燒肉拍檔:青瓜,生蒜,生菜,紫蘇葉及薄餅拼盤,將全部配菜加肉捲起,完全吃不停口。烤盤旁邊嘅蔬菜洋蔥可以無限添加,蔬菜吸收晒羊脂嘅油份,入口香濃爽脆。餐廳除咗清酒特價,而家可以自選4種清酒,每壺120ml都係$280,選擇好多,我選了北秋田,作,匠及太白銀虎,配合燒肉,味道一流。海鮮有南非鮑魚,入口彈牙。活蟶子新鮮夠爽口,配合泰式酸辣汁,味道清新。和牛盛盒有和牛肉眼,和牛肩,和牛三角,胸小排,和牛峰及和牛西冷。每一塊充滿雪花,肉眼入又軟又香,油香豐富。牛西冷肉質嫩滑多汁,肉味香濃。和牛肩肉不會過份結實,有嚼勁,充滿口感。餐廳服務不錯,價錢公道,唔使講羊肉,更係出色個人。

另外點咗店員推介,今日新鮮返貨嘅原隻鮑魚同蟶子,兩樣嘢都係連殼一齊放上去燒,到啲肉差唔多離殼嘅時候,就可以直接攞走個殼,蟶子再燒多幾秒就食得,而鮑魚就要燒耐少少。食咗咁多肉,最後加返兩件海鮮覺得特別鮮甜,可能係新鮮到貨,所以特別爽口好食😋
