首先講嗰個牛小腸,非常重油脂,所以好甘香

再講講雞腿肉,味道唔會太重,肉質比較彈牙。

牛舌方面,我最怕啲牛舌太過薄身,但係呢度嘅牛舌都有一定嘅厚度。

牛小排肉味香濃,油脂夠哂香噴噴。

最後嗰塊黑毛和牛肩胛肉,肉質非常嫩滑、富有油香,係超級好味道。

晚上6點幾來到,都等咗大半個鐘先入得,座位唔算太闊。餐牌選擇唔算太多,不過就牛、豬、雞、海鮮或者內臟都有。啲醬汁好濃味,雖然醬汁好味,但唔加仲好,等燒完自己點,因為肉本身都濃肉味,加醬汁反而遮咗。肉好軟熟,燒完都不硬不會太鞋。肉味濃,也有油香。薄切牛舌唔會有咬唔開問題,爽口。肉味最濃的一款,也是有很多醬汁、黑椒、鹽。睇落比較碎,賣相一般,但味道ok。比較淋和粉,唔算彈牙。價錢還好,味道都還好,不過如果要等位就一般。

油花分佈好靚,油花多嘅肉片我通常都鍾意燒到焦香另一面燒一燒就食。油香好嫩滑好好食,牛味都好出。

今日媽咪生日,佢話想食燒肉於是我就帶佢嚟呢一間專食日本靚牛嘅燒肉店晚夜晚時間嚟到有好多晚市定食因為媽咪未食過大判燒,於是我就嗌咗店舖招牌嘅和牛大判燒,仲會配埋溫泉蛋肉超大塊,完全係可以兩個人share食,媽咪超鍾意!配埋溫泉蛋食一流仲有牛空腹等等肉類全部都好高質好靚,油脂分布平均入口則用,牛肉味重完全唔會膻我配咗生菜同韓式泡菜set ,用生菜包住泡菜再加埋肉類食,超級match!完全減去油膩嘅感覺最後仲有鹽燒牛舌都係一定要叫,牛舌會再跟埋啲生洋蔥一齊燒,食落口辛辣感超級吊味整體價錢一啲都唔貴,食咗咁多嘢先係$600埋單,下次有機會要再嚟試吓個午餐
